I bought it after having used an HP for several years, because it seemed to be a good deal. It was so new that there were no reviews. I named it "R2D2" because it made so much noise cleaning and calibrating itself at odd times - often when I was taking a phone call, Within the first year warranty period the machine stopped working, and was replaced by Brother. This has been a reliable machine in all respects. It is easy to load and unload and I especially like the little lids that cover two of the silverware compartments so that small items such as lids do not fly around inside the machine. The cycles work well for me and I appreciate the delay setting. It is rather hard to clean inside and now after several years I notice soap scuz building up inside the door. It does not appear to affect the cleaning of the dishes, however.... As an occupational therapist I use it primarily for writing reports and other professional documentation, and I wanted a lightweight computer that is easy to carry around. I was not interested in a very big screen but I did want a full size keyboard, and Windows XP (not Vista). I do use it to access the internet when away from my office. I have been very pleased with this computer - it meets my needs for portability and function without too many bells and whistles. I especially liked the fact that it came without lots of extra software on it for me to remove.... I am satisfied on all accounts. I immediately noticed that our clothes came out cleaner and drier compared to our previous top loading machine. But what amazed me the most was its quiet operation. Thirty years ago I lived in an apartment with a gas range for 3 months and was hooked! My husband and I were looking for certain features and for good value, and I think we succeeded. The self cleaning oven really comes out clean with virtually no work on my part other than wiping out gray ash. The range top is very easy to keep clean, and the burners are easy to control. But my favorite feature is "speed bake". This turns on a fan inside the oven, resulting in faster and more even cooking. Speed bake shortens cooking time, or allows me to use a lower temperature. This unique feature sold me on this particular range, and I have not been disappointed,... However this device changed my mind about the utility of having one in the kitchen. It is so useful, especially for things I did not expect such as beating egg whites. Three extra cutting discs came with it and my only complaint is that they are so sharp I once cut myself quite badly while taking it out of the dishwasher.  I wash the whole thing in the dishwasher and it comes out very clean. I love the little bowl that fits inside the big one, for processing small batchs. Altogether I am very happy with this appliance, and it is well worth the space it takes on my counter!... Their regional jets are comfortable even for a tall person, but what strikes me most is the service. Friendly attendants serving free beer/wine/Starbucks coffee and even snacks! I like the size and shape of the Krazr, however I was forewarned that it is relatively easy to break the front of it because it is made of glass. Also, the finish from the glass is now chipping. I wish the outside case were more durable....
