I've been a fan of MyPoints for some time...have cashed in on many gift cards...most recently a $50 GC for Speigel and treated myself to a new jacket - can't beat that for free - and, I earn the points while shopping for great deals on the internet....

I left "C" because they failed time and again and the frustration level was beyond belief.

3 years ago, I called because I lost my daughter and didn't need her phone any longer. The manager told me her contract had not expired and I would have to pay a fee to disconnect her phone early! I was in shock (again...these people are not human).

Then, Cingular billed me for extra minutes on our family plan because they didn't have a satelite where my son was going to school...although I told them where he was going to school when we went in to get the phones...It took 3 phone calls to get to speak with someone intelligent enough to explain why I was being billed for this, The other 2 put me on hold forever - for a manager who never picked up (I held for 5 min. and 10 min.)

Then, when my daughter's plan and my son's did expire after the 2 year mark, I called and cancelled our entire contract - 4 lines! I was taken care of by the only nice person with some sense throughout this...

Much, Much better in ALL these areas than Cingular!!! SO glad I left them!

The only frustration has been the limited ability of the salesperson in the store - knows somethings about some phones and nothing about others. However, Tech Support over the phone "611" is great!

Just got a 5800 phone with the slide out keyboard - overwhelming at first to learn, but now it's a breeze! Lovin' it!

Our favorite way to start our annual trip to any of the island is with Hawaiian Airlines.

From the videos of Hawaii to the flight attendants in Hawaiian attire it sets the mood.

What really counts is the Aloha spirit they convey throughout the long flight. They are caring and considerate.

Mahalo Hawaiian Airlines for years of great service!

Flew them for a business trip - OMG! The pilot must have been practicing when we landed in Denver - it was such a bad landing that a little child got sick! Everyone was nauseas when we finally got on the ground.

Then, heading for home - we take off, in the air for no more than 20 min. and the pilot announces that we have to return to the airport! Apparently upon take off, a part fell off the plane. They didn't need this part to land, but to take off again, they needed this part and if they landed in Sacramento, the part they needed wouldn't be there - but they had one back at the Denver airport (their hub). We flew around in circles for 45 min. to burn off fuel - you can't land with a full tank - you'll blow up. That was necessary but very loud. Then, we sat on the plane while they decided whether or not we could get off and roam around the airport for an hour while they fixed the plane! We were not extended any apolgies for the wait or offered a complimentary glass of wine...

My dad gave all of us one for Xmas 2 years ago...I use it for everything!

It makes super smoothies...takes the lumps out of gravies...chops stuff for salsas...just have to be careful you don't turn everything into puree by overblending.

I leave this one on the counter - all the jars underneath. It's so handy.

Be careful if you take the washer out to clean it and don't get it all the way in again. I ground it to shreds. It comes with replacements! :)

We won this in a raffle - how lucky.

This has all the options you need - choices for types of routes, volume control.

We call her Maggie - female voice - Magellan - get it?

No other GPS to compare to...found it accurate, satelite always knew where we were.

Without mascara, I don't have eyes...they disappear! I hated mascara so I didn't wear it forever - just eyeliner/eyeshadow. Then, finally gave in and gave it a try again. Decided to go all out and give this stuff a try - it works!

2 Steps - yes! Come on...an extra 60 seconds isn't a death sentence since it works! The 1 step stuff doesn't have the same effect for me.

Brush on Step 1 - Brush on Step 2 - done. What does help is that I have one of those super-duper lighted magnifying mirrors mounted on my wall. Piece of cake.

Lasts all day - 12-14 hours - doesn't flake. It's cheap. What more could I want?

Head over to the Royal Hawaiian for the most famous mai tai's on all the islands and catch dinner at one of dozens of wonderful restaurants - each with their own ambience and distintive menu. Hy's Steak House serves the best steak and Ocean House Restaurant (on the beach) serves the best fish available - you'll need reservations.

Venture around the island and you'll find a postcard snorkling spot at Hanama Bay, a different scenic vista and beach at every curve - each one with it's own personality and characteristics. Some cater to wind surfers, some boogie boarders,...

The V-6 in this car jams up on-ramps and gives you the speed you need on the freeway to juggle the big rigs and congestion safely. It's also extremely confortable and has all the bells and whistles of a luxury model - heated seats, auto temp control, antenae in the rear window, windows defrost really quick, air circulation is great both hot and cold, sun roof works really well, handles like a charm - very responsive and all the controls are at your fingertips - music, cruise control, etc. The only drawback and it can be a big one to get used to are the blind spots - you have to use your mirrors and look carefully before changing lanes!!! It's also impossible to see the front end of the car, so it takes a bit of time to get a feel for the length of the car for parking purposes - especially parallel parking. Mechanically, it's great - no problems. When you put it in drive or reverse, the doors lock automatically for you - it's like it has a brain that takes care of you - feels......

End result - 'music to my ears' or whatever we're listening to...sound effects - people entering a room from one side of the room and talking in another - this system gives you true home theater effect. I say end result because the DVD player unit had to be returned. Circuit City was really good about it - we didn't have to package up all the speakers, just the unit. One of the speakers wouldn't play and it was the unit, not the speaker. My husband hooked it all up - kind of time consuming and tedious to get all those speakers in the right place and test them. Great end result! Can't beat the price! ...
