This is my second Sharp Microwave. The first one lasted so long, I lost count of how many years it was used by my family! The Mr. Coffee TF4 4-Cup Switch Coffeemaker is a small, simple and efficient way to make 2 great mugs of coffee. No frills, just coffee. This little machine doesn't take up much space on the counter. It's very easy to use when you are not quite awake! Since it only makes 4 cups (2 mugs worth), you are not likely to waste coffee. It's lightweight and easy to clean. I paid $20 for mine, but if you shop around, you might find it at a bargain price under $20. The replacement carafes are less than $10. I think this coffemaker would make a nice addition to a gift basket for a coffee lover. Include some flavored coffees, biscotti, chocolates, and a couple of good books. Hey, I might have to make myself one of those goodie baskets! If you know someone who enjoys hot tea instead of coffee, this machine also works a tea maker! Just put your tea bags in the removable filter basket and let it brew. Great for herb tea on a cold Winter night.
