It took all of 8 hours for this stuff to make me so sick that I ended up losing the 10lbs plus more but unfortunately it was because it made me violently vomit and have diarrhea. After reading the contents I decided to try it on a Friday thinking that if there were any internal cleansing effects I would be home and not at work by the time it would kick in. The sugar content was so high that I had a headache about 2 hours after I had the first drink. The taste wasn't too bad but by the third and last drink it, I think cod liver oil would have tasted better. By Saturday all I could do is try to sip water and try to sleep. The effects were very similar to having the flu but without a fever. It was a good week before I could eat anything without it going right through me. I guess that could be a benefit but a completely unhealthy one. I've found that doing a juice fast by making my own juices was great but if you don't have a juicer or don't have the time, low salt and low...

All of the low carb diets make sense in the grand scheme of things. Unfortunately for someone who is in the beginning stages of type 2 diabetes but with sever hypoglycemia this diet did more harm than good. It's unfortunate because with discipline this diet really does work and it also helps you to move away from eating so many unhealthy foods. I actually hit a point where I began to crave green vegetables. Almost any diet will work with discipline and lifestyle change but if you have blood sugar issues beware!...

This product is a complete rip off! It doesn't work well at all. It scratches your skin and doesn't remove facials hairs as stated. You're better off just getting out the tweezers and doing it the old fashion way! Don't waste your time or money!!!...

I tried this product and it was just awful. The scents smelled like cheap perfume from the Dollar Store. In additon, they dried my skin. I had to use more than the usual amount to get a good lather. I would probably only purchase the product for a young teen as a stocking stuffer....

I really like the Glimmersticks a lot but they do tend to break easily. For the cost, the product should have better performance. Other than that, it's a great product. I would like to see more colors and possibly something metallic....
