Spyro1950 says "Doesn't compare with any other Auto Insurance Company" about AAA-Auto Club

My family has been protected with AAA insurance for over 12 years. You can't compare their rates and services with any other company. I have looked at other insurance comparisons and they can't even touch AAA so they don't put them on with the other companies that they compare their rates with. I usually pay my insurance in full when due, but they have other plans and financing and their rates are yearly not every six months like most companies. We filed a claim for a fender bender my husband was in and they sent us to their repair shop and had a new fender replaced within a few days. I have found their roadside service to be excellent and have never had to wait more than 30 minutes. Of course in LA county during rush hour times you should expect to have to wait because of all the accidents on the local freeways, but they do their best to be their for you. The first thing they ask when you call is "Are you in a safe location?" I really appreciate that kind of caring....

Spyro1950 says "I'm very happy with Directv" about DIRECTV

I have had Directv for many years and had to install my own, with the help of my kids, paid for the receiver and additional box for another room. That's how long ago I have been with Directv. The people who buy it now have really got it good....free receivers, installation, and Tivo. I'm very happy with Directv, the service has been great and when there was a problem, which is rarely, the customer service department has been on the job to fix it. They have many plans to choose from and the Tivo service is much less with them. What I am upset with is the TV programming schedulers. They are messing up Tivo service by having programs run from 8:00 to 9:01 or start at 8:58 to 10:00 so if you have two channel Tivo it won't record because the times overlap. That is making me very angry, but I can't do anything about it. That's life in this world today......someone always has to be a thorn in your side. Now we have to get a converter box for TV's with antennas. What about the Casio portable TV's......
