Tue, 26 Feb 2008 13:54:06 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Discover-Credit-Card-review-0de33 Sanpadra 5 http://www.viewpoints.com/The-Hartford-review-58a21 We recently filed a claim with this company when a neighbor hit our car.  The entire claim process is done via email and the phone.  They have regional claim centers and don't send adjusters to look at your vehicle - even though we're in Texas, our claim was being processed in Illinois.  Their claim department was very friendly, but pretty much brain-dead.  Nothing was ever accomplished without repeated phone calls from me.  They definitely operated under the "squeaky wheel gets the grease" philosophy.  I'm really glad they're not my insurance company, though I will say they did not hassle over the repair...
