He says it's a good faith estimate. I say yeah but if it doesn't mean anything then you shouldn't send it. He says he didn't appreciate my attitude. I told him I'm not giving you attitude I'm telling you if these things don't mean anything you shouldn't send them. So he says yes you are giving me attitude.  At this point I hung up.  <br/><br/>Also the gal who answers the phones was a bit snippy as well.  I don't like these people, I don't like the way I was treated though I must admit Chris was very nice when he was promising......
