SLankford says "Easy, Reliable scoring system, and easy to use." about NuVal Nutritional Scoring System

The NuVal Scoring System is a system that is used at Meijer Stores. NuVal is a system that takes all the information on the nutrition bar of foods and using a formula thought up by MIT scores each item. One is the lowest score and one-hundred is the highest. this is a great system for comparing similar items. I was amazed that just the little switches that you can make from one item to another, can make a huge difference. But I think what shocked me even more was the so called "healthy food" (organic, all naturals). These item were a lot of the time either having the same number as the competitor or had a lower number. I have never been one to look at nutrition bars, but this was really something that I love. The other nice thing is that the numbers are clearly visible on the price tags that are attached to the shelves. You don't have to pay to be a part of this diet plan. You don't have to pay for any information regarding NuVal. All you have to do is read the numbers. In...
...

SLankford says "Rival 2-1/2-Qt. Slow Cooker is Above Average" about Rival 2-1/2-Qt Slow Cooker

This rival slow cooker in my opinion is above average. I work with a couple of these for my job and they work good for what we need them for. Rival has created a simple and easy to understand concept. One knob that has three settings High, Low and Off. we use these slow cookers to keep products that we are handing out to consumers warm. they are on for about six hours a day and in the nine months that I have been there we have never had to replace even one. My only real complaint is that trying to handle the pot right after turning it off is difficult. If there was some type of handle it would be perfect. Price wise it is great. The price is under twenty bucks and as I said it's reliable. so if your looking for a cheep soulution to cooking this is a good choice for you. Also there are other sizes ranging from daisy pots to massive slow cookers that could cook a twenty pound roast.
...
