My 2 1/2 year old son can reach down and loosen the shoulder harness to the point where if we were in a head on collision he would fly thru the front window. When we called Britax the rep said she could send out a plastic attachment that would work until he figures this out. My wife told her this was completely unacceptable and she stated that no car seat is completely safe. UNBELEIVABLE!! Im calling the CEO, the Government....
