I recieved in the mail. When i received it I was not familiar with the hamilton beach product line. I quickly became one of their fans. This slow cooker has many quality that my old slow cookers do not have. I love that it is removalable and also can be taken when you are on the move. It includes a snap on spoon. Everything in one. It is perfect for taking to a picnic , a friends house. You can take it anywhere you go. It removes from the base, making it easy to clean. This cooker has 4 setting including warm. It is a great product. I am so happy with this item. I used it the first night. I put in a beautiful pork roast. It cooked all night. In the morning it was perfectly cooked, Falling apart. I then put it on warm and it stayed at the perfect temperature until lunchtime, When i served it with mashed potatoes and broccoli.  It was so easy I used it again 2 days later.
