      <description>&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Is your tires safe in winter? They can be if it's soft rubber and the right tread is there. If you get moving, you want to be able to stear your vehicle when you start moving. You do not want the solid bar down the middle of the tire, as that&amp;nbsp;can cause the car to plane on top of snow or water. A soft tire grips better. Not a high milage tire, but a whole lot safer, and less expensive in the long... </description>
