      <description>&lt;p&gt;Not meant to be a full-blown review.&#160; USAA deserves the accolades it gets.&#160; It has been such a pleasure using their Credit Card and dealing with their great customer service, especially after Bank One (now Chase) kept de-activating my fully-paid Visa &quot;for security reasons,&quot; **without ever bothering to tell me they had done so** (I always learned the hard -- and often embarrasing -- way).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;Anyway, last night I was more than a bit surprised to&#160;discover that USAA, without any advance warning, had reduced its telephone Credit Card CS hours from 24/7, to 8pm close M-F, 4pm close Sat, and no hours Sun.&#160; What a huge cut!&#160; How can a CC -- especially a major one -- have such short telephone CS hours??&#160; There have been more than a few times I've had to call them outside these hours about, say, problem getting an online purchase through, and each time they solved the problem for me.&#160; Now I could have to wait quite awhile to resolve.&#160; This is a BIG demerit (the FIRST, and so far ONLY significant,...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
