St. Helens eruption.  In each case, they were extremely helpful and covered the costs (actually beyond expectation).  They covered my teenage children and on a couple of occasions were called upon and they paid promptly and without a problem.  The agents have always been very responsive and helpful.  I do not plan to change insurance...
