Pranabarlover says "Once you meet the iMac, you'll never turn back" about Apple iMac Desktop Computer

My son, the high-tech man, led me to the iMac, and I have never turned back to the piece of desktop junk that I had. This thing does everything of which I haven't learned yet. Just got it Christmas of 2008. Apple has contacted me so many times just to offer their services if I needed anything. Has anyone out there heard of such service these days? I have had a great time with the iphotos. Have not had to worry about viruses, or the thing going off for no reason. It is really fast. If I had a business out of my home, this would be the perfect computer to run it with. I love the 20" screen too, one can just pull up a comfortable chair, pull up a rental movie, drag the popcorn out, sit and enjoy !!! That saves money too, of which all of us have to do these days. I also love the i-tunes, the sound is great deep and rich. Sometimes I leave my music playing all day long, even when I am gone. It keeps my little dog company. With my old one, sometimes I would come home to find the sound in a...
...

Pranabarlover says "Has to be an excellent and easy printer for me to use" about Canon Pixma MP470 Printer

My son who is a computer and electronics expert went with us to purchase a good printer at Christmas time. We could not be more pleased with the easy operations of it, the quality of photos it produces, and the simplicity of the Canon Pixma MP470 Printer that it is. The only thing that I don't understand is that it does not do well with Kodak paper for photos. It makes excellent photos though with HP paper. The ink in my opinion is a little pricey, but it is a very high quality printer for the price. We have enjoyed having it in our home office.
...

Pranabarlover says "Nothing makes coffee like a Bunn" about Bunn Coffee Maker - GRX-B 10-Cup

Nothing makes coffee like a Bunn coffee maker. It makes coffee immediately, don't have to wait for water to get hot before brewing. Tank in rear of machine stores the hot water. Just add fresh water into coffee maker, close lid, and there you have your coffee. Brews a great cup of coffee too. The only thing I don't like is deposits from my well water accumulates on the inside where the water shoots through the grounds gets clogged over a period of time. Wish the manufacturer had a better way of cleaning it. It is a little pricey, but well worth the extra money for good right now coffee. Wish I could take it on vacations, it is hard using those cheap coffee makers that they provide in hotels and condos. They make the coffee bitter. Bunn is really smoooooth!!!! When we have guests over, they always have plenty of compliments about the good coffee. That's a Bunn for ya !!!!

I don't know about customer service, never had to call them about any problem. Don't need a timer on it either....
...

Pranabarlover says "Wouldn't trade my Kirby for anything else in the world" about Kirby Vacuum Cleaner

I have had my Kirby so long now, I don't really know how long I have had it. My home was not built long before buying the Kirby, so I had new carpet in three bedrooms, hallway, stairs, livingroom, and entertainment room. After 23 yrs of wear, we decided it was time to replace our carpet. The installers could not believe how clean my padding and floor was under the old carpet. They stated that usually they find more sand under the carpet than they find outside. I informed them that I cleaned with a Kirby vacumn cleaner. My carpet was so clean, they wondered why we were having it replaced. The reason, really was that we were tired of the old and just felt we needed to update the carpeting to a different color. It has been two yrs now, and our carpet still looks new. I purchased the shampooing kit with mine, and it is so easy to use. Yes, the Kirby is heavy, but it is power driven, or would one call it self-pepelled . My daughter n law vacumned for me one time and complained about it being...
...

Pranabarlover says "How quiet is quiet with a Maytag?" about Maytag Quiet Series 300

This dishwasher is ok, I guess. We were looking for the quietest dishwasher on the market that we could afford, and this is it. As I am doing this review, I can hear my dishwasher running. But how quiet should one expect a dishwasher to be? This Maytag Quiet Series 300 was advertised to be the quietest, but it has not proven to be so. The door opens to the floor almost, breaks your back to load it and unload it, and it will not wash peanut butter off of anything unless I run the thing on normal cycle. It seems to go on and on and on before it stops too. I have really hot water, and I wash on sanitize cycle. I don't think there is an ideal dishwasher out there, is there?...

Pranabarlover says "PranaBars are truly natural, healthy, and soooo delicious." about PranaBars - All Varieties

I look for nutritious ingredients, with no sugar added. I also look for a bar with the least ingredients knowing what they are. If there are a lot of unknown ingredients, I am surely not going to put it in my body. Not only are the ingredients natural, and healthy, it is so delicious, one almost feels guilty eating it. Thanks Devine Foods for a healthy choice when I would like that candy bar fix. I especially like the coconut acai- 77% raw, and the cinnamon apple- 75% raw. This is me at my grandson's 12th birthday party. Thanks to the indulgence of my Prana Bar from Devine Foods, I felt very much a part of the party and had something healthy too. What a treat to smile about !!!!! ...
