Possible says "I'm dreaming of a Whitening Christmas" about Listerine Instant Dissolving Whitening Strips Clean Mint 56 Each

(Full disclosure: I received quite a few free Listerine Whitening Strips as samples for me and my friends from BzzAgent.com.)
Without a doubt, the best, most unique feature of Listerine Whitening Strips is that they dissolve in your mouth. No more extracting a gooey, saliva-dripping strip from your mouth after 30 minutes! They do taste like what they are, which is hydrogren peroxide, and you'll definitely want a swig of water afterwards. But dissolving is much neater and more convenient than other brands, like Crest Whitestrips. They're perfect for wearing while commuting to work, for example.
However, after using the Listerine strips, I have to say that I have not noted any difference in the whiteness of my teeth. After using just a few Crest Whitestrips in the past, I've gotten comments about my teeth, but using several Listerine strips has not seemed to make a difference.
However, they are inexpensive, at about $20 for 56 strips, and you will at least have the satisfaction of knowing that......

Possible says "the Cadillac of toothbrushes" about Sonicare FlexCare 900 Series Electric Toothbrush

Let's compare the Sonicare toothbrush to my regular old Oral-B, shall we? (Full disclosure: As a member of BzzAgent.com, I was able to try the Sonicare for free. My old toothbrush was also free, from my dentist.)

a.	Price: The Sonicare runs you about $170, retail. This buys you the toothbrush, one head, three color bands, a UV chamber with bulb, and a charging base. The Sonicare will also (very slightly) pad your electrical bill. A regular toothbrush will set you back maybe $5. Winner: the regular toothbrush.

b.	"Green"ness: A Sonicare, unless you unplug it, will constantly drain electrical power. Also, the complex base is probably impossible to recycle in America. No idea if Phillips will recycle it for you. A free dentist's toothbrush is also nonrecyclable, but it'll take up far less space in a landfill than a Sonicare. Also, you could use it as a tiny scrub-brush after it becomes too gross for your mouth but not too gross to clean your bathtub grout. Score! Winner: the free dentist's brush.......

Possible says "Not your average Joe" about Trader Joe's - Ahwatukee, AZ

I first experienced Trader Joe's on family trips to California and Arizona in the 90s. We stocked up on delicious snacks and pre-made meals for long roadtrips, and wished there was one near us.
Finally, today I live 3 blocks from a Trader Joe's, and it is bliss. They have interesting treats and lots of great lunch selections. I am addicted to their garlic hummus. I appreciate that they encourage their customers to bring their own re-usable shopping bags by rewarding you with raffle tickets for free groceries.
My only qualm is that with their rapidly changing inventory, old favorites can disappear from one day to the next. However, their quality is so high that a new favorite is soon to appear in my shopping cart.
...

Possible says "Orange you glad you bought this?" about Burt's Bees Thoroughly Therapeutic Honey & Orange Wax Body Lotion 8 oz

This lotion is fabulous. It moisturizes beautifully and it smells wonderful. It is very strongly scented, and I wear it every day in lieu of perfume, to the extent that my family and boyfriend associate the smell of honey with me!
During cold months, the lotion can get a little too thick, so I pop the bottle in the microwave for 10 seconds. The warm lotion is extra-soft and soothing to apply.
The only drawback is that this lotion runs about $8 for a 8 oz bottle. Cheaper lotions can be found in any drugstore, but the quality of this one is entirely worth it.
...

Possible says "Lime and Punishment" about Burt's Bees Fruit Flavored Lip Gloss - Lemon Lime

Normally I go through Burt's Bees products quickly, but this gloss has persisted in my desk for years... because I never use it. Not only does it make my fingers slimy when I apply it, but it does not moisturize at all, and just slicks my chapped lips with a nasty-smelling, oily sheen.
I would not buy this again.
...

Possible says "Honey, I shrunk the lipgloss!" about Burt's Bees Honey Lip Balm

Burt's Bees Honey Lip Balm strikes a perfect balance. It is smooth without being oily, and scented without being overpowering. With frequent application, it does an excellent job keeping my lips from chapping in cold Pennsylvania weather. The honey scent is subtle and pleasant to a honey-lover like myself, unlike the harsher scents of some drugstore brands. This lip balm is worth a place in your pocket....

Possible says "An honest story of one man's dream" about Riding Rockets

NASA astronaut Mike Mullane's autobiography, Riding Rockets, is a book that I purchased for my wannabe-astronaut boyfriend, and ended up reading myself. While Mullane is no Joyce or Hemingway, his writing voice is unique, and honest to who he really is: a good old boy with a dream. NASA buffs and casual readers alike will appreciate how Mullane seamlessly integrates the scientific and technological jargon of astronaut lingo with his compelling personal story. His personal connection with the Challenger disaster made me sad, but his rowdy sense of humor made me smile....
