I purchased a green dot prepaid-mastercard. I started with $50.00, my first purchase was for $10.00, but the next day I tried to make a $18.00 purchase, but this card was denied. Later, I tried to contact someone in customer service to get information &amp;amp; find out why, but all I was able to get was a series of voice promps that got me no where. After trying several times, I did speak with someone, I asked what was her name, she said her name was &quot;Corey&quot;, I told her what had happened. Ms. Corey stated that I had already made a purchase of $35.00. I stated that was not true &amp;amp; impossible, because I had only used the card once on a $10.00 purchase. I then asked&#160;when was this $35.00 purchase made? She told me when this purchase was made......get this!...the purchase was made &lt;strong&gt;before I even activated my card&lt;/strong&gt;!!!! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Of course I was a upset and asked where &amp;amp; what was purchased. She stated she did know the business&#160;name,...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
