It shows the workings of a hospital, and cases they get involved with. It is breath taking at times, and crazy other. You have to watch to see what I mean. Give it a try and you'll be hooked from there on out, just like I was.... I can't wait for the next season to start. I love watching the dancers and how they help the stars to improve over the weeks. It is full of excitement and fun. I think the judges should have more of a say to who wins, maybe 3/4 instead of half because if you don't have the fan base you can't win if your really good....
