http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/OKLAHOMAGAL Wed, 17 Sep 2008 20:39:38 GMT Reviews by OKLAHOMAGAL http://www.viewpoints.com/Green-Dot-Prepaid-Mastercard-review-cb3f6 I was very disappointed in the Customer Service, or should I say the Lack of Customer Service.  With the fees involved with this card you should at least be able to speak with a person that has knowledge of the business.  I thought this card would be great, but after trying to call them and getting the run around for more then 2 hours, I was finally told to contact Walmart where the card was purchased and see if they could help me.  What?  Its Green Dots card and they won't help me?  I then called the main office of Walmart in Bentonville, AR.  They in turn tried to call Green Dot, and what do you know, they too spent well over 2 hours trying to get answers.  Their final suggestion to me was to cancel the card.  They too have had nothing but headaches from customers that can't get help.  The corporate office said that after today they will be looking into Green Dot and will be pulling it from their stores for sale.  They stated it was just another SCAM CARD.  The continuous......
