Nydajean says "excellent" about Moen Extensa Kitchen Faucet - Model 7560C

My landlord installed a Moen faucet into my cottage after complaining for months about it. This faucet is great. He did well to pay the extra for this faucet. He would have had to replace the entire sink to get me the sprayer and the faucet. It works so well I am truly amazed. I can do the dishes as well as rinsing the bird cage, bathing the dogs, and a multitude of other things that I had to go to the shower to do before. It was expensive (according to my landlord) but I think It was well worth the money. It must be he told me that he has now bought one for his mother and one for his home as well. I don't have a metal one but a white hard plastic so it goes with my appliances, not a big thing but somewhat important to me. No fingermarks, cold stains, water stains are apparent. I would recommend this faucet to everyone. They say you get what you pay for and in this case it is very true - in the good way.
...

Nydajean says "Fit Zone is a lousy club" about Fit Zone - Ft. Lauderdale, FL

I belonged to Fit Zone on Gull Road in Kalamazoo, Michigan. I joined three months ago because it was half way between work and home. I could ride my bike or walk. I work 7 day a week and my free time is precious to me as I have so little of it. I specifically asked if this club was going to 1) Close soon as I had heard some rumors and 2) if I moved would I be able to transfer my membership. I was met with a resounding "NO" to both questions.

Well, it closed and my membership was transferred to another Fit Zone club. One is across town and the other is in another town. Neither are convenient for me. I now have to drive my car to the one across town. Since I used a bike to go to and from work, home and gym, the cost of driving there has increased the cost of the gym dramatically.

I wrote a letter to the company explaining my issue and requested that my contract be cancelled. The response I received was a little more than "Too Bad." I am stuck with a two year contract that I can hardly...
...

Nydajean says "Slimfast is good but only if you are looking for short term" about The Slimfast Diet

Slimfast is tastes good, works if you follow it exactly and exercise. It is based upon low calorie. You burn more than you take in therefore you loose weight. If you are only wanting to lose a few pounds, this diet is great. However, if you want to lose more than 5 pounds or so, you need to work on your mental and physical self. I tried this for two weeks and lost about 8 pounds, but I was always hungry.

To lose weight, the rule is simple. Eat less than you burn daily. Long term weight loss, weight loss of more than 5 or 10 pounds requires motivation. Change your eating habits. A 230 calorie candy bar requires walking at 3.5 miles per hour for about 45 minutes to burn it off. Ask yourself before you start munching if it is worth it. I eat all the time - carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, and celery as snacks. I allow myself all of that I want and drink lots of water and tea. I have lean cusines/healthy choices for lunch and dinner. For breakfast, I actually eat an omelet or something with a...
...

Nydajean says "Bones is appointment TV - sharp, edgy and never disappoints." about Bones

Bones is one of thebest shows on tv. It has consistent character development, never forgets who did what when and brings back story lines from previous seasons where they hadleft hanging because the "villian" had gotten away or it was complete in some way.

In addition to the crime aspect and lab scenes, the directors have take the time to develop personal relationships between the characters and show the impact that these relationships have on whatever case they are working on at the time. The chemistry between the cast members makes the show watchable without being over dramatic and over acted.

Temperance Brennan is a super geek with absolutely no ability to communicate effectively with society as a whole. Everything to her is a scientific question and any emotionality is a hindrance. Think of Spock without a sense of humor. She is taught taught about life in the real world, a world without the ivy walls, by the main protagonist, Sealy Booth, an FBI agent, who is full of life,...
...
