      <description>&lt;p&gt;I received a sample of the Bounce Dryer Bar a few weeks ago. I was a bit skeptical at first since I had tried &quot;in dryer&quot; softener products before many years ago as was not too happy with the way they performed.&#160; This time, however, I think we might have a winner.&#160; I like the convenience of the dryer bar.&#160; I usually purchase unscented sheets, so I was a bit worried that the scent would be overwhelming, especialy when I first took it out of the package.&#160; But it has not been.&#160; It does a nice job softening....I usually use a half a dryer sheet and find its plenty.&#160; I don't do many loads of laundry in a week any more - usually only 3 - so it will be a while before I am really sure about this product, but, so far, so good!&#160; The only thing that may hold me back from purchasing it will be the price.&#160; I have not looked in stores yet to see how it compares to dryer sheets.&#160;&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>I would not recommend Tracfone to anyone.....I used to be very happy with their coverage and service but since I got my new phone from them I am not able to get service in places like Minneapolis MN; Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN.&#160; Everytime I call for help they put me through the same ordeal and then try and tell me that where I am calling from has no cell phone coverage!&#160; Give me a break!&#160; And they just don't try to work with me to solve the problem.&#160; &lt;br/&gt;After 4 unproductive phone calls I finally e-mailed them and got a &quot;Canned&quot; answer about trying to use the phone in non-cell covered areas....they apparently didn't even read my e-mail that said where I was trying to get coverage.&#160; I am sick of the hassel and plan to find a new pay-as-you-go provider.... </description>

      <description>We had Sears install a new furnace and air conditioner in our home.&#160; The salesman was nice enough but I didn't really like the high pressure of having to make our decision the day he was there.&#160; We had it installed and all went well, but&#160; a month later there is water on the floor by the furnace and we then started having problems getting someone out to check out the problem.&#160; The numbers on the business card the salesman gave us no longer work (that worries me).&#160; We finally got through to someone at Sears and they said they would send someone out.&#160; Of course no one came, so we had to contact them again and again.&#160; Then when whoever it was called to set up an appointment, they were rather rude.&#160; The repair person finally came and is claiming that the water is coming from the water heater!&#160; Well the water heater is no by the furnace and we have seen the water dripping from the furnace, so we are not satisfied with what he told us.&#160; Don't know what to do now....so hard to get good...... </description>

      <description>We have had a Tracfone for several years and were very happy with the plan since we only wanted it for &quot;on the road&quot; calling and brief messages.&#160; Lately, however, we have been very disappointed in the service....we simply don't get any service!&#160; As soon as we are more than 50 miles from home we get a message that says&quot;searching for network&quot; and it never does find a network.&#160; This has happened in areas where we know there is service available (like the Minneapolis airport area).&#160; I called from home to discuss the problem and was told to call back when I was somewhere where I was not getting service, so I did that and they still could not figure out the problem and I was told to call back again some time...well, I travel a lot and its very inconvenient to have to find a pay phone (land line) to make a half hour+ phone call.&#160; And meanwhile I am on the road without any service. Recently I traveled from Minneapolis to Milwaukee and had no service all the way, had sporatic service just north...... </description>

      <description>I was having problems with 123 InkJets (I wrote a review on them too).&#160; Charges were made to my credit card and no merchandise arrived and I was unable to contact the company.&#160; In desperation I called Discover and within minutes they had removed the charges from my card.&lt;br/&gt;I appreciate that there is a live person there 24/7 to help out no matter what the problem.&#160; I had to call one time when my son lost our card.... the card was cancelled immediately.&#160; Another time when I had sent my payment on time but apparently it did not get there in time and I had finance charges added, I called and they dropped the finance charges.&#160; So far they have been easy to work with and have given very good customer service.&lt;br/&gt;... </description>

      <description>I received e-mail offers from 123 Inkjets.  Since I had done business with them before and had been satisfied, I ordered again, but THIS time it has been very unsatisfactory.  First, I ordered, but did not receive any kind of acknowledgement and I checked a week later and my credit card had not been billed and when I went to their website there was no order listed.  I figured that for some reason it had not gone through, so I ordered again.  A few days went by and this time I did receive an acknowledgement but when I went to the web site wondering why it was taking so long for me to receive my order, I discovered that I now had TWO orders.  So I called customer service and was told it was not possible to cancel one of the orders.  I told them that I had never even received an acknowledgement of the first order, was told to hang on and then was told that the order would be cancelled.  Then a few days later I received TWO e-mails stating that &quot;they had noticed&quot; a duplicate order and wondering...... </description>

      <description>I will never again order online from FTD.&#160; They delivered the flowers three weeks early, did not call first, as asked to do, and simply delivered to the apartment complex office.&#160; By the time my daughter found out the flowers were there and the office was open so she could pick them up, they were pretty wilted.&#160; When I contacted FTD about the problem, they said they would make it right by delivering new flowers on the date specified, but that date came and went and nothing happened.&#160; When I contacted them again, I received no reply.&#160; I contacted them one last time and never heard back.&#160; That's pretty poor customer service.&#160; I will go with some other company from now on.... </description>
