I have been using te AB Lounge 2 at my gym and see results using it. I have a slipped disk in my back and this thing is great for easily strenching my back out. Like any machine you have to put in the work and not expect an over night miracle. 30 days is not enough time to use something and expect results. It takes many exersises and machines to get the job done. No one machine will go it....

I have been a member of MyPoints for several yeras and have had the pleasure of earning and spending hundreds of dollars in gift cards over the years. I am able to obtain about 5-6 $50 cards a year and usually get the Macy cards as they are the best deal as far as I can see as you obtain a $50 card with 6200 points which is lower than most others. I use it to by my make up year round. A great deal.

The Wilson N-code 4 racket is a good frame but they are no longer made and you can pick them up online at www.TennisShop.net on close out for about $80. The new K-line racket is better balanced and has more feel and pop on the ball. Also the Babolat line is even better and the top in the industry right now. If you like the N-Code 4 I would suggest trying the Babolat Pure drive or the Z-drive oversize....

Movie is a good family movie showing values that are missing in this day and age. Movie shows a twist on what people today might treat someone like Noah was proably treated in his day. As the saying goes the more things change the more they stay the same....

Dr pepper has always been my favorite but now that I have high blood pressure and can no longer have caffine drinks I was pleasently surpized that the Caffine Free Diet Dr. Pepper is just as good. You can't even tell it is diet and the caffine free is now necessary. ...
