All of them have had problems. When returning this particular model, I was told by a huge store chain previously associated with Marshal Fields, that all of these models have been returned for the same problem- they simply stop turning on. There is also a peice of something inside that rattles on all of their cameras. The picture quality if great but do not be fooled, keep your boxes and receipt because soon enough your great camera will stop turning on and replacing the batteries wont help. This store also charges 15% restocking fee when returning the camera, so... Though it will remove stains, the pen solution will not bleach the area so its safe to use on all fabrics. I've even removed chocolate stains! Its also very affordable, usually under $3 US. And boy does it last! I use mine all the time and I've had the same pen for over a year and it is still as effective. I bought everyone I know one for Christmas.
