      <description>&lt;p&gt;I am so disappointed in this product.&#160; I have tried several other battery operated toothbrushes and found their power to be significantly better.&#160; I had to replace the battery on the first day, even though the packaging around the button area looked intact.&#160; Now, it has been just over a week and I have to replace it again.&#160; When I put any pressure whatsoever on the brush while brushig, it stops spinning.&#160; I am most disappointed that I tried to send a feedback e-mail to the company and despite having an area that indicates you can e-mail them, it didn't let me do so.&#160; I have used the cross action brush that is not battery operated and if I decide to go old school again I may get that one, but never again will I buy a battery operated oral-B.&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
