MayaBree says "The greatest little toy ever and a Scrapbookers Dream!" about Nikon Coolpix L11 Digital Camera

I went in with a camera my brother gave me. It had all the screws missing and the memory card didn't work. So I found out that they don't make the memory card I needed and it was going to cost at min. $65 bux to fix it. — This sad little story led me to one of my new best friends. This camera is easy to use, compact and totally worth the $100. It is light and has a very handy menu. It even has a help option right on the camera. See something on the menu you don't know...just chose the question mark and it tells you what it is. It is a scrapbookers DREAM! — Was very pleased with the pictures I was able to take at the Special Olympics program I attended. I had clear crisp clean action shots that even showed the hair flying around in the air without blur. I wish I was able to share some of these shots but due to confidentiality of my students I am not. You will have to take my word for it. — I am really...

MayaBree says "If you want a bed and nothing else. Here ya go." about Travelodge Spokane WA - Spokane, WA

I have stayed one night and I have at least one more, maybe two and I am about ready to pull my hair out. — Let me start back at the beginning... — First problem I reserved a room for a conference and did so the first day I knew we were going. It took them two (2) weeks to tell me they didn't have a room for me. Then after basically throwing a fit ta da! They magically found my room. I called every week for a month and a half to make sure I still had it because all the hotels in the area were full. — Second problem they have a garage you can park in to help keep your car "safer." But they only close the out door and not the door so any Joe Blow off the street could walk in and break into your car. Let me tell ya there was a lot of police activity in the area all night. — Third problem they charged my credit card the day I checked in. Hello! Association was paying for it not us and they don't even know when we are...

MayaBree says "I would stop and think twice about buying it again, but...." about Ford Taurus - 2003

When I test drove the Ford Taurus I was surprised on how comfortable it was. It seemed to fit like a glove. It also handled really nice. — It is now 2 years later and it still fits me well. My dog has a lot of space in the back seat for long road trips and the trunk space fits my lifestyle well. It still handles well and my gas mileage isn't bad. — Here is where I have a problem. My blower motor for the heater and the ac stopped working. Dead of winter I had to deice my windshield while I drove and tried not to let it freeze while stopped at lights. There was heat it just wouldn't blow so if I drove fast enough it would force the warm air a little. I did research both on the web and with people who owned the same make and year car and found out that 80% of the people I spoke to had the same problem currently or already dealt with it. — It is a great car except for this one very pricey fix...that more than likely...

MayaBree says "How could you not love those faces?!" about Dog Breed American Pitt Bull Terrier

I have had many breeds in my life and yes I understand that Pits get a bad rap. I have known many and they are loving dogs. — I rescued a red nose pit several years ago and she is just a gem. She is a therapy dog for a disabled person and loves every moment of it. She goes into stores and is always found in the passenger seat of the van. — If trained well you will have a wonderful addition to your family. With that said you have to put in the time and energy to train your dog correctly. They are not a dog to get if you don't want to be hands on. — Love Pits and they will love you back! —...

MayaBree says "Can't find better Service" about T-Mobile

I have to say I have used AT&T, Sprint and Cingular and I have never had better service. I have been with them for 7 years now and I hope they never go away. They work things out with you when you have a problem and best of all they admit when they make a mistake....AND guess what else?! They fix it! — That is right a company that actually fixes mistakes they make. — Also the price is good, compairs to the rest of the companies. — GO T MOBILE —...

MayaBree says "I like this product, but...." about FURminator Grooming Tool - Large

Winston really enjoys this shedding tool during our cuddle time once a week. It really helps loosen the under coat and cuts down shedding in the house quiet a bit. I have had it for a long time — With that rave review; it is annoying that the fur you take off just piles up and tends to make a mess. It would be cool if there was some kind of suction that could pull it away so it isn't flying around as you brush. It is expensive and unless I could find something like it that attaches to a vacuum I more than likely would buy it again. —...

My dog is an English Springer who is very picky. He loved his kong toy for several years...yes it really did last several years. He grew tired of it eventually and when on to a new toy. — But if you have a dog who can distroy almost anything I would suggest this without hesitation. —...
