I have a few issues so far. 1st, I don't think the capacotu is really that big. I am used to the traditional top loaders and this doesn't seem to hold as much laundy. Second, I am still dealing with a door problem. The first time i used it, the door closed fine. Then after that the door does not close properly. I have to give the door a good hip check or press my body against it until the 'door locked' light comes on, otherwise I just get the irritating buzzing sound that alerts you there's an error and the wash won't start. Bosch tech came 2 wks ago and said there was a problem w/ a part. Said he would order it and come back to replace. Well he came back to replace it last week and said that wasn' the problem and now as to replace the door. He's supposed to come this week but I am thinking I should be qualified to just get a new machine if this doesn't remedy the issue.
