http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/MadDan Thu, 27 Mar 2008 18:32:19 GMT Reviews by MadDan http://www.viewpoints.com/Kellyn-Marx-Northwestern-Memorial-Physicians-Group-Chicago-IL-review-ead75 When I arrived for my appointment I was told that I didn't have one, despite the fact that the previous week, by phone, an office member verified the date.  I was told that I would be able to be squeezed in between appointments the Dr. had at 2pm and 3pm.  I waited until 3:40pm, at which point I watched a scheduled patient arrive and be seen for her 3:30pm appointment.  I inquired as to when I might be seen and was asked if I had an appointment.  The office staff had no clue who I was although I had been waiting not 3 feet from the desk for over an hour.  I was then told that they had hoped that someone would miss their appointment so that i could be seen.  I was then informed that I could be seen for sure that day after all the scheduled appointments, possibly at the end of office hours.  — It is a shame that a talented physician should have to staff their office with persons incapable of scheduling...
