      <description>&lt;p&gt;This is the best credit card I have ever owned!&#160; USAA does not charge annual fees, redemption fees, or over-the-limit fees.&#160; Their rates are much more competitive than typical credit cards.&#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If your account becomes two payments&#160;past due, the Delinquency APR will begin to apply to all unpaid balances and any Introductory or Special&#160;APRs&#160;will terminate beginning on the first day of the billing period following the first missed payment.&#160; However, the Delinquency APR will&#160;ONLY continue until you have made three consecutive Minimum Payments on time, after which the regular non-delinquency, non-Introductory APRs will apply, so you are not stuck in a higher interest rate forever, like with a lot of credit cards.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The rewards are flexible:&#160; you can choose from up to 1.25% cash rebates, which are credited every January, or earn 1 point for every $1 and redeem points any time for a variety of reward options (Cash rebates or charitable donations benefit, Gift cards from retailers and restaurants,...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
