This company is great, we have NO problems with them. We were not really in the market for a new insurance company when I called them for a quote, as we were happy with our current insurer at the time, but I decided to call them any way just to see if they could give a lower rate by chance, and sure enough they did!!

In fact their rate was quite a bit lower than our insurer at the time, they were about $200 per year lower than Unitrin, and to us that is quite a lot cause we are on a budget, as it was we went to Unitrin because they were about $400 cheaper per 6 months than Progressive, so that meant that they would be almost $1,000 a year cheaper for us than Progressive, what a difference in price from Liberty Mutual to Progressive, I couldn't believe the price difference and I even called Progressive to get another quote from them to see if their price had come down any in the year and a half or so since we had had insurance with them, but no such luck!

We have now been with Liberty...

We had insurance with them and the initial 6 month rate was great had no problems, but then when renewal time came around boy did our rates sky rocket, they almost tripled, and all they would say was rates in our state had gone up, we had had no accidents or tickets, and no underage drivers, no changes in our policy at all, but yet our rates were going up and no other explanation from them other than the rates in our state were going up for everyone. Some how I found that hard to believe they going up by that much, so we shopped around and found insurance elsewhere for a whole lot less!! Have since gotten quotes from them and they are still way higher that our current insurance company, so won't go back to them....

This is a Fantanstic site with great rewards! The rewards are easy to reach with many different options for reaching them. Then once you reach a reward level and order a reward prize it arrives in a VERY timely manner, I have always gotten my rewards in less than 2 weeks from the time of my order....
