Not far from Phenix City, AL. Harvard's provides group obedience classes, private lessons for owner and dog, in house training for your dog, agility lessons and boarding. It is an awesome place and owned by a woman who trains and shows her own dogs. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff is knowledgeable. Each student receives individual attention in the group classes and the classes are held outside in a large fenced area. This way your dog is working close to other dogs and handlers and learning how to work through distractions, but the dogs are always kept separate so your dog is always safe. Harvard's uses positive reinforcement training methods and your dog will love going to school... I have always been happy with their work and never have to worry about them doing unnecessary repairs. As a single woman I trust them to only neccesary work. They are also a local run shop so the service is friendly and they will go out of their way to help you out. They have come to my work place several times to get my car started, fix a tire, or put in a new battery.
