http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/Lita0429 Sat, 22 Mar 2008 02:58:12 GMT Reviews by Lita0429 http://www.viewpoints.com/Fisher-Price-Sounds-and-Lights-Monitor-review-9a353 My husband and I are new parents and we were given an old monitor to use for our newborn.  We learned quickly that some pick up other noises (such as nearby phone lines) and also have a lot of feedback noise.  This got on our nerves as it kept us up more than the sound of our crying baby.  We went looking for another monitor asap.  When we found the lights and sounds one I was interested and decided it HAD to be better than what we were using.  Sure enough, we used it the first night and were amazed at it's clarity and that soothing light made it nice for the baby as well.  We couldn't be more pleased with this product....
