After purchasing the LG Television for our bedroom renovation, my husband had to of course have a new DVD player to go along with it. The LG DVD player (model DN898) we purchased was a huge bargain! The player is sleek and slim in design and fits beautifully with the television. This player is super easy to use with a compatible remote control that is also just as simple to manage. The door easily pops out with a simple touch of the finger or by remote control. The DVD discs load easily and without noise. The price is unequalled by any other we searched. This player is only a single load DVD which I am sure is what most people would use in the bedroom area anyways. The instruction manual was clear and to the point on the installation process and we had a movie up and running within minutes of unpacking the player. (It actually took longer to hang the shelf for it to sit on). Well worth the money.

We needed a ceiling fan for the master bedroom renovation and penny pinching was the name of the game when purchasing this Harbor Breeze fan. This is a five blade fan with frosted glass dome lighting. The fan was relatively easy to put together and install - the instruction booklet was also easy to read. The fan has three settings and produces plenty of airflow. One really nice element for me was the length of the pull strings. There are two separate pulls - one for the light and one for the fan - and they are plenty long without having the added expense of purchasing extensions. The fan itself is super quiet when it is on. Another nice feature is the frosted glass dome for the lighting. It gives the fan the appearance of the more up scale costly models without the big price tag. The fan also has a limited life time warranty versus most others which were only one or two years at the most. For an actual $5 difference between this fan the the four blade 'cheapie', it was...

This LG (19LG30 Model) is a recent addition to our master bedroom. Not wanting anything that would take up too much room, this little jewel is perfect. The television mounted on the wall with ease, the instructions for install were well written and easy to understand. The picture quality is almost flawless and the screen is just the right size for the bedroom area. The sound quality is also great. The feature I personally like is the remote control. This remote is one that I can actually understand! Both the volume and channel keys are EASY TO FIND and IDENTIFY, ha ha! There is actually a one button ON/OFF! Being a not so handy electronics person (I actually ask my children how to turn on the big screen television in the den), I love this set. We actually have a lot of the LG products in our home. They all seem to be good quality at a super good price. Whenever we are contemplating a purchase, we check LG products first.

The Dyson DC07 Vacuum is a godsend in our home. With three kids (and their countless friends), five dogs, a parrot, three cats, four kittens and oh yeah, a husband; this vacuum is used daily. I love the ability to switch from carpet to floor with one easy flip of the knob. Our home has hardwood floors with area rugs and this vacuum works exceptionally well on both surfaces. I can stop in the middle of a room, easily pull up the hose and extend a wand and reach those pesky corners with ease eliminating any 'dust bunnies'. I will admit that I had a hard time with the price at first, but after adding up the cost of the three others we had been through in less than two years - I was willing to try it out and I am very very glad that we did. The suction power amazes everyone who sees it. My niece vacuumed my carpet with her new Hoover and I went back over it with my Dyson and she was in shock to say the least. After a trip back to the store for a refund, we went and bought her...

WE HAVE BEEN THROUGH MANY A MICROWAVE, NEVERMIND TOASTERS IN OUR TIME. THE LG MICROWAVER/TOASTER COMBO IS MULTI-FUNCTIONAL AND VERY EASY TO USE. THE SLEEK DESIGN SPORTS A BUILT IN TOASTER WHICH BY THE WAY ALSO FUNCTIONS AS A BAGLE TOASTER. WITH FEATURES SUCH AS 'AUTO COOK', 'AUTO DEFROST' AND A ONE-TOUCH 'POPCORN' BUTTON, IT HAS EASILY BECOME THE MOST VERSATILE APPLIANCE IN OUR KITCHEN. I CAN REMOVE MEATS FROM THE FREEZER, SET THE DEFROST BASED ON TYPE OF MEAT, POUNDAGE AND PUSH THE BUTTON WITH NO WORRIES AND KNOW EXACTLY WHEN THE MEAT IS READY. THIS IS MY FAVORITE FEATURE BECAUSE IT ELIMINATES THE WORRY OF FORGETTING TO 'TAKE OUT SOMETHING' AND THE MESS AND/OR CLUTTER OF THE 'COUNTER DEFROST' METHOD OF AN ALL DAY LONG EXPERIENCE. MY CHILDREN CAN EASILY MAKE THEIR OWN POPCORN, TOAST OR A BAGEL WITH THE TOUCH OF A BUTTON, WHICH MAKES FOR QUICK BREAKFAST TIME AND SNACK TIME AFTER SCHOOL.
