      <description>&lt;p&gt;I don't think that the GPS is all it is cracked up to be. Sure it will get you to where you are going, sometimes by&#160;the scenic route if you get what I mean. Mine is a Magellan Maestro 3100. If the place I'm looking for has been around for fifty years it will take you right to it. But if it hasn't it won't be programed for the change in road direction and will tell you to turn when there isn't a turn, or take you in circles like mine has. Don't get me wrong I do appreciate what it does, when I get to where I'm going, sometimes quicker then stopping and asking for directions or looking on a map. It's a man thing, and yes I'm a man.&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;A while back I thought I would update it and see if this would change anything. I downloaded the update on my computer which took hours and hours. I installed it in&#160;the unit and it didn't change anything. I got on line and orderd an update disk for fifty some dollars. I installed it which was much quicker then on-line. This didn't change anything either&#160;my...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
