Larupi says "I use this MP3 Player every week" about Samsung - YP-U3J QLY MP3 Player

I like the quality of the Samsung U3 MP3 player. I also use the Rhapsody music player that came with the MP3 player. I buy songs directly from Rhapsody sometimes. Rhapsody is great for managing your music files and playing music on your computer. The U3 menu plays Artists, Albums, Songs, Genres, and Playlist. You also get a voice recorder and FM Radio. The volume turns up loud enough for comfortable listening. I have listened to soft recorded songs that I turned the volume up all the way. Still the volume was at a comfortable level. The stylish U3 is available in pink, green, white, blue and black. To connect the U3 to your computer just press the USB button and a USB connector pops out.

Now Samsung has the U5 that sells for about $39 at Best Buy. I would expect the U5 to have the same great quality as the U3. I bought the U3 about a year and half ago and it has held up under heavy use. The tiny little thing is sturdy built. I have dropped it a few times and...
...

Larupi says "The fastest computer I have owned" about Compaq compaq presario SR5710Y desktop computer

I have owned the Presario for 7 months and never had any trouble. The Compaq Presario SR5710Y is faster than my laptop with Windows XP. The Presario boots in about 45 seconds. After I installed McAfee virus protection the virus protection took a little longer to load. However, I can begin work on the computer while McAfee is still loading. The processor being a dual processor pays off in speed. Windows Vista is different than XP in many ways, though it is easy to learn. Vista is full of security features that are easy to learn also.

One downside is the keyboard. If you like a email and internet button, the Presario does not have these buttons on the keyboard. Also, after only 7 months, the letters are wearing on the keys. Specificaly the E key, D key, and O key are beginning to wear. I can't read an E on the E key. The E is mostly worn off. I have not decided whether to call HP to replace the keyboard or buy an upgrade keyboard.

The DVD/CD burner is great. ...
...

Larupi says "My dog Sally loves Bacon And Cheese Beggin' Strips" about Purina Beggin' Strips Dog Treats

My dog Sally, a schnauzer mix, is very finicky about what she eats. She will not eat some treats even though they contain meat and look like meat. She likes Beggin' Strips though, she likes them more than anything else I give her, except for an occasional table scrap. I gave some Beggin' Strips to my brother's Rat Terrier and Poodle and German shepherd mix. They all loved the Beggin' Strips. You also can break them in smaller peaces for training your dog. Sally likes the Bacon and Cheese flavor and the Bacon flavor. I have not yet tried the bacon and beef flavor. Walmart does not carry the bacon and beef flavor. I usually get the 25 ounce because I know Sally will eat Beggin' Strips and I can save with the larger size. The strips have a smoky bacon like smell that dogs love.

Purina makes the Beggin' Strips. Purina is a brand I think can be trusted. Purina has been around a long time. Beggin strips are 15% protein. Even the finickyest dog will love them.
...

Larupi says "LG and my kitchen are a good match" about LG LG LMA1180ST

The LG Stainless steel microwave is a good choice. The setting for dinner-plate gets my plate good and hot every time. The only downside is that the inexpensive popcorn gets a little parched at the 3 oz setting. Most microwaves don't have a perfect setting for popcorn either though. I do like how quiet the microwave is comparedto the Emerson that was replaced by the LG. I also like the luxury of one touch time setting in 30 second increments. The potato baking feature gets a large potato exactly how I like it on the 2 potato setting. If you want to cook several stages of cooking and leave to let the microwave to defrost ground beef then cook the beef and then keep it warm for 30 minutes, you can use 3 stage cooking.

The instructions don't cover 3 stage or 2 stage cooking. However, all you do is enter the defrost 1 for ground beef then the number of pounds, then press "time cook" enter the cook time and power level if not high, To keep it warm for 30 minutes press "time...
...

Larupi says "Handy Can-Opener is a bargan with a simpler design." about Handy Handy Can Opener

The Handy Can-Opener is more durable than the standard One Touch can opener and cost less than half the price of One Touch. With One Touch you are paying for the advertising on TV. There are no complicated release screws and switches on Handy Can-Opener. All you do if the can opener stops unexpectedly, is turn the release which is conveniently located on the side of the can opener. If you want one, the only place I have seen Handy Can-Opener though, is CVS Pharmacy.

The simple design makes Handy Can-Opener easier to use. Just put it on a can and push the button for a few seconds. The can opener does the rest. If the can is bigger than a 28 oz. baked beans can--you will need to push the button again with the opener positioned before the stopping point. A magnet on the bottom picks up the lid for you.
...

Larupi says "Great for a Quick Cleanup" about As Seen On TV Swivel Sweeper for Floors Vacuum

The Swivel Sweeper is easy to use on carpet or tile floors. I have a roomba robot vacuum cleaner. Still I would rather do a quick cleanup with swivel sweeper than move all the power cords and watch roomba do everything automatically. Swivel Sweeper is good on carpet but for a deep clean I would occasionally use a vacuum. With swivel sweeper I do very little moving things around. It gets around things very well.

Cleanup afterwords is easy too. Press the tabs to release the dust catcher, empty, wipe down with a paper towel, then put it away. It is that easy.
...

The One Touch can opener works great until the battery goes dead in the middle of opening a can. It is so hard to turn the screw, as the directions say to do when it jams, the screw striped out as I turned it. I managed to free the can from One Touch after a struggle. However, now the screw is striped and I don't know what I would do if I needed to free a stuck can again. The one touch is more like one use. When it jams throw it away. There is another brand at CVS that may be worth trying out....

Larupi says "HP Has Done it Again! Another High Quality All-In-One" about Hewlett Packard Photosmart C4280 Printer

The HP Photosmart C4280 All-In-One (AIO) is a nice simplified all new product. It will work with Windows Vista, though I have Windows XP. I could have spent $50 more and got a version with WiFi wireless networking. However, I don't use my network that much. It was more a technical accomplishment than a usefull network. The Photosmart AIO sets up very easy. Just unwrap, plug in the USB when the installer says to, snap in the ink cartridges, press OK to print a test sheet, scan the test sheet, and then you are up and running. The hardest part is registering the product.

I like the stylish look of the AIO and the fold up paper tray. The AIO can print directly from the camera memory with built in card reader. Software expands the functionality of the AIO so you can make hundreds of copies or adjust lighten/darken. The price of the ink cartridges are almost 50% cheaper than the AIO's cartridges sold around 1998. I think this little AIO and me are going to work out...
...

I found this tea kettle when I was shopping for a dishwasher safe tea kettle. The first time I used the kettle to make tea, I was surprised at the loud whistle. The whistle gets my attention every time. Even if I am in another room.

The tea kettle is easy to clean and has a nice shiny stainless steel finish. With 2.5 QT capacity it holds more water than I normally use. The kettle comes with a 25 year warranty.
...

Larupi says "A real relaxer, stress eraser can help you sleep sound again." about The Stresseraser Portable Biofeedback Device

StressEraser is a neat little gadget I can take with me everywhere when I need more relaxation. StressEraser is the latest and greatest in biofeedback. I have used stress eraser for one week and I am already feeling good. In three more weeks I am sure I will feel younger as promised in the StressEraser ad. I have noticed my memory is faster, I am more willing to exercise, my appetite is under control, and I am overall more self-controlled.

StressEraser is easy to use. I can do a session with my eyes closed just listening for the beep to exhale. However, I like watching the curve to make large round curves that give more points. I began doing more points, up to 160, in a day when I first started. I got a little too relaxed. I wanted to sleep more than usual. So, I would recommend only doing 100 points a day as the instructions suggest.

There is a feature for a person who has trouble programming a VCR or figuring out electronics. The breathe button will score you an...
...
