The price is reasonable and it does the job. My hair dries faster, is smoother and shinner. I have naturally curly hair which is thinning and I find that this dryer makes my hair more manageable. My husband bought me a very expensive T3 tourmaline hair dryer for Christmas and I gave it away because it was heavy and didn't dry my hair well. The Revlon dryer is a great product.... While any hotel will always get a few reviews that are very negative you have to remember some folks are very particular and may base their negative review on a particular problem that relates to them not the general public.
