I think I have tried almost every pill on the market that promises to help you lose weight. My advise to you is to stay away from them. When you see the ads on television, in a magazine, or on the Internet, just walk away. They do absolutely nothing except frustrate the "heck" out of you. Those that advertise all you have to do is take 2 before bedtime do not tell you the fine print, "diet and exercise." All of them subscribe to "diet and exercise in order to be effective." So, why not just diet and exercise to begin with and stop looking for a miracle pill that will melt the pounds away. There is no such pill!!!!!...

Many, many, many years ago, I purchased a lifetime membership that I don't use now. During the time I could afford the packaged foods and do the additional marketing for foods on my daily menus, I lost 55 pounds. Wow! was I excited until I had a financial upset and had to prioritized my spending. As I no longer could afford to purchase the packaged foods, there went my weight. Up! Up! Up! Of course, the counselors are only interested in making money and not the person, they were no longer interested in me since I could not buy their products anymore. Well, it has been several years later, and I still have a membership and I could return to the program since I am doing a little better financially. However, I pulled out my old program and decided to follow the plans on my own. I have lost 57 pounds in the last few months, but it's not as easy as the plan with the packaged foods. The foods are tastey (not your grandmother's home cokking), but there's just not enough in the...

Gift cards are the easiest and perfect gift ideal for almost everyone. It limits the stress of deciding what to give someone and allows the person the freedom to purchase what he/she wants. I would recommend gift cards for all occasions. It has been my experience, when receiving gift cards, to have the choice of either browsing the store to see what I like or to use it for a specific item I want. It's convenient for those times when you don't have time to go shopping but want to give a gift. Also, it's a little more personal than giving cash. It's for the person who is practical, value conscious and a bargain shopper. Today, most stores have gift cards and when you don't really know what to give a person, just give him/her a gift card from his/her favorite store....
