A few weeks ago we went to Family Dollar to see what bargains we could find on some needed items. We found one. Air Wick 2 in 1 air fresheners were only $1.00 ! We had not tried this one yet, so we gave the air a quick little spritz.

Sold!

Took it home and have really liked how it makes our bathroom smell. We don't have a bathroom window. Apart from the fan this product really helps eliminate those tough unpleasant odors. It also freshens the air with the aroma of fragrant lavender & chamomile. The essential oils Air Wick uses in this product are known for being soothing and relaxing.

This product gives our bathroom a clean yet luxurious fragrance like a spa.

A couple of months ago we purchased an HD tv. We knew we needed something special to clean the screen with. We looked around in the electronics department of Walmart and found "nice'n Clean Electronic Cleaning Wipes". We read the package and found it can also be used on the computor. Although we had never heard of the brand before we thought we'd try it anyway. (After being nudged a bit by the salesperson.)

When we got home we tried it on the computor. It worked well except for 2 small streaks. Wiped it again and it was fine. There was no residue left behind on the keyboard or anywhere else.

There was an odor that reminded me of some household wipes. I washed my hands with orange scented bacterial dishwashing liquid and used some lotion. Oila! No more odor.

We don't drink alcohol, so, when it comes to using recipes that require it, like Vodka sauce, it seems silly for us to buy a big bottle of vodka for a batch of sauce. It makes more sense for us to try ready made products. We spotted Trader Joe's Organic Vodka Sauce and tried it. I'm glad we did! Delicious!!!

Super easy - just open the jar, heat and pour on your favorite pasta. The aroma was mouth watering! We had it on penne, ziti, and bowties. Also works great in recipes.

The label is appealing with a vintage look giving the impression the taste will be delicious old world style.

The ingredients are organic which I also love about it: tomatoes, tomato puree, sweet whey powder, olive oil, onions, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic, lemon...

I love my beautiful Irish Claddagh engagement ring from Ireland. It's as beautiful now as it was when Kevin my fiance/life partnergave it to me a few years ago.

This ring symbolzes so much. It represents our engagement, part of my ancestry, an Irish tradition, and the story of the man who designed it.

The ring is two hands holding a heart with a crown above the heart. The hands are a symbol of friendship, the heart - love and the crown fidelty. On my Claddagh the heart is a purple amethyst and the crown has marcasites on it. so do the wrist cuffs alongside the hands.

I admire and respect the tradition of Ireland concerning the Claddagh. In some families, many mothers give it to their daughters, many couples exchange...

Normally, I don't eat hot dogs. Too much fat, sodium, nitrates,and there's the mystery meat factor. I never know which body part(s) I'll be getting. Still, from time to time I'll have one when we're out at a family barbecue in the summertime or at a fair. But very rarely do I eat them.

Not long ago someone offered us a pack of Sweet Meadow Farms Turkey Franks to try. Ok, I know better but throwing caution to the wind I said ok.

We tried them. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!! They were horrible. Really horrible!We were choking on them they were so bad.

All I could taste was salt with some greasy texture. I couldn't taste any turkey at all. Just salt and fat. I forgot - for some reason companies think they have to put MORE salt in turkey franks than in regular hot...

I have been using Almay Moisturizing Eye Makeup Remover Lotion for awhile now and I'll be trying something else in the near future.

It easily moves waterproof mascara, including brands other than Almay. There is no fragrance. It leaves my skin soft. It's hypo-allergenic. It hasn't caused any breakouts after using it on my sensitive skin. it leaves my skin soft. Those are the reasons I give it three stars. So those things support their Almay Hypo-allergenic Standard.

Now for the reasons I will be trying something else (once I choose another product). It hasn't caused any breakouts. I'm surprised because it leaves a residue that I have to tissue off. Most of the ingredients say "oil" so that's why it feels mor like oil than a lotion. I'm often surprized that I never got any in my eyes. If my skin is going to be...

I have used this product many times, always with good results.

The special twist top cap makes it easier to pour than a lot of those other soups in cartons. (I really appreciate this feature on days when my arthritis flairs up.) Once opened juust use the way you want. The hard work is already done for you, making this a very convenient product to have handy.

You also can be confident knowing you are using an organic product. When Trader Joe's says "organic" they're not kidding. They use vegetables that were planted and grown without the use of harmful pesticides, chemicals nor synthetic fertilizers.

It makes a great soup base. I just add my veggies along with chicken orbeef and pasta or rice. When I'm ill I drink...

This is one of my favorite soy beverages. No funky smell. No weird after taste.

I can use it in coffee or tea without it ruining the flavor. All the times I used it, it has never curdled. I've also used in recipes successfully like casseroles,muffins, breads and cakes.

I like tht it has a lot of vitamins in it: vitamins A, D,C B6, B12, calcium, iron and potassium. It's also a natural source of estrogen.

This is a great product if you struggle with lactose intolerance.

Drinking Trader Joe's Soy Essential Soy Beverage is definitely healthier for your heart than drinking dairy milk. It's part of being heart healthy. It's important to be heart smart!

There are certain flowers that make me think of spring. Some of them were used to make this wonderful soft fragrance. It has sweetpea, violet and lily combined with vanilla and musk.The musk is light and not overpowering.

This body mist also has aloe, vitamins A, C and E. This is great for softening skin and causes no allergic reaction with my sensitive skin.

It's one of my favorites.

"Must Love Dogs" is a delightful romantic comedy involving a pretty teacher, her family, dogs, computor dating made with a charming cast.

The movie opens with an intervention being done by the large family of recently divorced Sarah Nolan (Diane Lane).They decided it's time for her to stop being alone and start dating. Each has a person for her and suggestions on what to do. This is a bit overwhelming so she replies that's why people no longer have large families. (You may roll your eyes and think of some of your relatives.)

Later her sisters reveal they have signed Sarah up at perfectmatch.com. They work on a profile with her.Funny sarcasms abound in this scene. One sister types in "Must love dogs." After all any guy who loves dogs can't be all bad right?

The flavorI am reviewing is "Revive".

I'm recovering froma virus and needed a drink today while running some errands. I grabbed "Revive" Glaveau Vitamin Water. It really gave me the lift I needed to keep going without caffeine. It worked! (Or I wouldn't be sitting here typing this review)

"Revive" ingredients are basically fruit punch with potassium and vitamin B. Potassium and vitamin B are big on boosting the immune system. Glaceau also presents a bit of wit on each bottle to boost yourspirit as well.

It quenches my thirst where other products leave me still thirsty.

If you are a chocoholic or just like chocolate, you have got to try this product!

I picked it up when I saw it for a good price somewhere. I have been wanting to try it for awhile. Later picked up strawberries. I haven't had chocolate dipped strawberries in a long time . A good dessert for some of those more special dinnerswith my sweetheart.

The directions were easy. I chose microwaving to save time. At first it didn't melt the way I thought i would. So I sped things up a bit -1 minute on high.It didn't burn and it wasthe thickness I wanted. I didn't want multiple dippings the way I normally have done . I wanted on nice thick coat and I got it.

I put it on wax paper to cool then onto a pretty plate. We both loved them. Chocolate heaven...ooohhhh!!!! Yummy! I have to get more.

I wanted to try a different scent for a body mist. I found this with my fiance and judging by his reactionI grabbed it. He really liked it , so he treated me to this to try it out.

It's the 2 oz. size. Great for my purse.. Hasn't spiled or accidently sprayed when jostled about in there. That's always a plus.

It goes on very evenly when I spray and swoop in one motion. Long lasting.

The scent reminds me of the gardenia's in my grandmother's flower garden when I was a little girl. I love white gardenias. It's also energizing when I'm on the go and need a pick me up. Also a mood booster.

I have no allergic reactions to this product. A very big point for me since I have sensitive skin.

Some of the body mists can be a bit too much with the alcohol smell so try a bit in the store to make sure you found a good batch. Other than that it's great.

I've had bad luck with Maybelleine mascara products in the past. They would clump, make my eyes itch, sometimes smell a bit funky or too much fragrance in it AND worst of all... make my eyes look like something out of the "Rocky Horror Picture Show"!!!!!

When I saw it on sale i mustered up my courage to try it. Simple instructions...a good start... a little concerned about something I read, water proof but washes off easily with water(something like that) Did that mean it whould flake in the rain?? I checked a couple of specks one day, none another.

I didn't like the brush at first, it was a bit awkward, not what I'm used to. It didn't clump but made myeyelashes stick together in odd places, not a look I was going for :) Once I got the hang of the applicator it improved (Thank God!)

I got curious about the part that said to apply only while lashes are wet. So I let them dry and applied more....

My Coke Rewards can indeed be rewarding, as well as frustrating.

First the cons: small codes, sometimes codes are smudged, sometimes the submissions area shuts down too soon and won't let me fill my limit. The limit of 10 is TOO SMALL, as if they don't really want me or others to get those reallybig prizes that have been on in thepast.Like some really good trips. How on earth is anyone supposed to save enough points for something like a cruise with only 10 submissions a day. Plus I couldn't get to a computor everyday. Thanks to My Coke Rewards not only did my ship come in but it sailed off without me!!!!!

Contacting them can be done thru somewhere in their Faqs section . Hearing from them can be a pain. It takes awhile. I'm wondering if some of the staff that emails answers by any chance are also politicians. Some of the answers I received were done in lengthy doubletalk, and did not answer my questions.

For Christmas, my fiance's sister-in-law put together a beautiful giftbasket for me. In this delightful gift of goodies was a bottle of Lord & Taylor's fresh peach moisturizing body lotion from their Signature Bath collection.

It's in a 4oz. plastic bottle. Non- breakable and perfect size for my purse. Also hasn't spilled yet, another plus.

The aroma smells like fresh peaches. Yes, good enough to eat. Also blends well with fruity or floral scents if they are not too strong. More good news- I've had no allergic reactions to the fragrance(I have sensitive skin and thishas sometimes been a problem ith various fragrances).

It is easily absorbed, leaving my skin smooth and silky and soft. There is no greasy residue which is always a concern for me. I use a walker and anything greasy makes my palms feel too sticky while using the handgrips.

When standing out in the very cold weather for awhile I've had to reapply. But that's not anything major. I only...

Holidays can be stressful with all the hustle and bustle of preparing for those special times with friends and family. Traffic, long lines rude people add to it.

Kohl's turned out to be a helpful solution to part of our holiday stress.

Remembering what good deals they tend to have yearly during the holidays my fiance and I stopped in there to see what bargains we could find. We are on very tight budgets but wanted to get really nice things with good quality for our family. We made the right stop.

Sure enough, the clothing types we had in mind, and the brands were all there. The deals were indeed fantastic. They had top brands at 40% and more savings. Kohl's had top names for better than Walmart prices. All the clothing gifts we bought there.
