I give it a 10 on everything but reliability. That gets a zero! This thing has tore up 4 times in a year and a half. It's always the same thing. Will not spin the water out at the end of the wash. This is the last Frigidaire product that I will Own. The last washer we owned was a hand me down. It lasted 7 years after we got it. BYE BYE FRIGIDAIRE!!!!!...
