LB2667 says "Fantastic!" about Presto Dual Basket ProFry

We recently purchased the Presto Dual Basket ProFry to replace another deep fryer that only had one basket and was a smaller capacity. We love this new one. It was a great value and great price. It came with one big basket and also two smaller ones so we have the options. It's 1800 watts which in our experience is very good and you want to be careful not to get a wattage too much lower than this for proper heating. It is a nice large 12-cup capacity as well so we can fry larger amounts of foods. And the dual basket is so handy because now we can fry two different things at the same time without them interferring with one another and also one can go in or come out at it's own pace and not the same time as the other food item. We feel this deep fryer by far out performs ones we've had in the past and we did a lot of price checking and product comparing before chosing this item and we're very pleased. I highly recommend this fryer!
...

LB2667 says "Pretty good product." about Lexmark X2580

The Lexmark X2580 is a pretty good product overall. I would have to say my one major complaint is about the ink component. I hate that every time I change the ink the printer forces me to do an alighment page. I get why they think it's important but it's never been unaligned and I'm not sure why it would be since I don't adjust or move anything but the biggest complaint I have is I think it's an ink scam! That alignment test page uses up so much ink. I am never able to change both inks at the same time so the alignment takes place on each change (black and color) and uses such a large amount of ink on each test. It fills an entire sheet of paper with dashes and thick blocks and lines of ink. Seriously, isn't there a way to do this that doesn't waste so much expensive ink and how about the sheet of paper wasted on every alignment test. Otherwise, it is a very good product and it prints quickly and very well and the copier is good and so is the scanner function.
...

LB2667 says "Pretty good overall - not a fan of Vista." about Toshiba Satellite Series

Overall, I really like this computer. It has a fast connection speed and works well almost all the time. It was an adjustment getting used to Vista and while I have gotten more and mroe used to it, I am still not the biggest fan of Vista. However, they did just come out with Windows 7 so a possible upgrade/change might work out nicely and enhance this otherwise almost perfect laptop. It's a comfortable size and weight and I frequently use it elsewhere besides my desk. It's good for portability. I do wish it had HDMI hook up but I have had this laptop for over a year and that seems to be a newer feature on laptops. It has convenient USB hook ups so I am able to plug in my printer and also my wireless mouse and keyboard so that's nice. One complaint would be adjusting the volume when the wireless mouse and keyboard are unplugged and I'm just using the laptop. I am not sure if that's a problem with me or with the laptop because I simply can't figure out how to adjust the...
...

LB2667 says "My favorite conditioner!" about Herbal Essences Body Envy Conditioner

Herbal Essence Body Envy Conditioner is my favorite. It's great for flat or thin/fine hair and adds some body to otherwise limp hair. The smell is amazing and one of the reasons I also use it all the time. I do try to mix it up occassionally so my hair doesn't get a build up from using the same conditioner so I will sometimes use a different Herbal Essence Conditioner for a few days here and there. They all work really well. My hair is always smooth, soft, manageable and smells great after using any of these Herbal Essence Conditioners. I would recommend you look at what each one is good for before buying - especially if you don't color your hair, don't get that bottle but otherwise I have been very happy with the results from all of them. In my opinion, when using conditioner, less is more and I only use a small amount each day to again avoid a build up or greasy residue in my hair. I have always been satisfied with this product.
...

LB2667 says "If you have any kind of scalp condition you'll love this shampoo" about Jason Natural Cosmetics Tea Tree Scalp Normalizing Shampoo

The Jason Tea Tree Scalp Normalizing Shampoo is all natural and full of benefits. I have a sort of scalp issue where it's dry but not really dandruff more like a scabby thing at times. I have extremely sensitive skin so regular dandruff or scalp shampoos tend to irritate my scalp even more. But this tea tree shampoo is fantastic. It really helps the dryness, itching and scabs. It is a little more expensive if you compare it to brands you can get really cheap at the super stores but the quality and the results are worth every penny and in reality, it's not all that expensive if you already spend the money on a name brand dandruff or scalp shampoo. I've used this on and off for years - for awhile I couldn't find a place to buy it but it's readily available online at vitamin/health stores. I would highly recommend trying this if you have any kind of scalp condition and let the results speak for themselves.
...

I think this is a very high quality of phone and also very reasonably priced. Verizon was doing a promotion awhile back so I got the phone for free after a mail-in rebate. But it is still one I would have bought anyway. I find the battery quality to be very sufficient and I only have to charge it every couple of days. I've had the phone for over six months already and the battery's life/quality has not diminished. It's an easy to use phone which is helpful if you're not a techie. The camera is decent and the speaker phone function works well. It's compact and yet has various features.

If you're looking for a good quality, affordable and easy to use phone, this is the one for you.
...

Malibu coconut rum is delicious. It's especially good in pina colados or anything with mango. Try it with pineapple juice as well. I haven't tried it in a rum and coke but have heard that's really good too. I don't think the price is too bad, at least not in this area. It's got a nice, robust, coconut flavor.

I like trying new drinks and often mix them at home for myself or friends. You seem to get a lot of rum for your buck with this brand. Even my sister who is not much of a drinker at all enjoys this rum.

Very tropical, fruity and refreshing. I recommend this to anyone looking for a good coconut rum at a decent price.
...

A very affordable, tasty beverage. Mike's Hard Lemonade is best served icy cold on a warm day. It's flavorful and refreshing. Also, a major highlight is the affordability - really nice when having a barbeque or party at home. I love that there's a variety of flavors as well. My personal favorite is the Mikes Hard Berry but there's also lime, cranberry, apple and probably a couple more I can't think of.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for affordable, refreshing, crowd-pleasing beverages. They're fun, easy to keep cold and you don't have the hassle of mixing drinks for guests. Buy a case of each flavor and you're good to go! Yum!
...

I think this is a really good, all-around cookbook. You don't have to be a master chef to use it. The recipes are easy to follow and for the most part, the ingredients are common ones you'll have on hand. I dislike cookbooks with really obscure ingredients you won't find outside a large ethnically diverse city. It simply makes it too much work to make the recipes.

It's really nice too that it has a three-ring binder, stury backing and you can wipe the plastic pages if food spills on them. It's so much easier to keep the book open and new-looking.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a standard, easy to use, famiy pleasing cookbook.

...

David Cook was not only the winner of the 2007 American Idol he was also the best! His versions of songs like Mariah Carey's Always Be My Baby and the classic Lennon/McCartney songs rocked the house. I waited in anticipation for the release of his album and bought it the day it came out. I am so thankful to say it do not disappoint!

His songs are original and really showcase the various facets of his voice. He's an amazing singer, songwriter and performer. The album has a nice blend of ballads and up tempo songs and there's not a one that isn't great.

I would recommend this to everyone! I can not wait to see him in concert and anxiously await his solo tour.
...

Psych is one of the most original and entertaining shows I've ever seen. It's got the perfect blend of crime drama, comedy, bromance and all around greatness. Each season gets better and better and yet when you go back and watch the older seasons on DVD you think they are the best all over again.

Dule Hill and James Roday are the perfect match. They play off each other with expertise and keep you laughing every episode. I have yet to be disappointed.

Instead of science or mystery machines telling us the clues with dna and all that testing, Psych uses intuition and skills of observation. It's fun seeing the clues as Shawn sees them and it's nice that they are highlighted.

I look forward to this show week after week and only want more!!
...

How I Met Your Mother is the best sitcom currently on television. It's got a great ensemble cast and it's hilarious. HIMYM has all the elements for a great sitcom.

It's fun and interesting waiting to see who will be the Mother but it's not something to sweat over. It's much more fun watching Ted, Robin, Barney, Lily and Marshall share life's journeys. A great entertaining buddy show!

Neil Patrick Harris (as Barney) is a constant scene stealer and he couldn't be any funnier. What a great character. He's truly "legen (wait for it) dary"

Can't think of a better group of actors to play these roles and it's one of the few shows that delivers on every episode!
...

One of the consistently great shows on television today. It's got a great blend of interesting and complex characters and has yet to disappoint.

Forensic scientist, Temperance Brennan and her FBI partner, Seely Booth, solve unusual and complex crimes. The show is sprinkled with a great supporting cast, humor and romance. Unlike a lot of crime dramas, Bones is not stale and uses fresh material for every episode.

In an effort to mix things up this season, Brennan's right hand man, Zach Eddy went to prison and a new scientist fills his job slot in each episode making for some of the best, awkward moments. Angela and Hodgins broke their engagement and Angela is experimenting with being a bisexual but all in a tasteful way.

Everyone is wondering if Booth and Bones will get together but I love the sexual tension and the deepening friendship that's built upon every season. It will be all the more rewarding and satisfying when they finally do get together.

Great show!! Check it out!
...

Mike Meyers at his best! Shrek is hilarious and quirky and fun! A great movie to watch as a family - fun for adults and kids alike. We enjoyed all three Shrek movies and the hoilday special, Shrek the Halls.

Join Shrek and Donkey as the set out to save Princess Fiona from a fire-breathing dragon. Mishaps ensue and plenty of fun characters, like Puss in Boots, are met along the way. I think it's great that even for a fun, entertaining, animated film, they have a great message weaved in without being preachy. Shrek and Fiona learn that true love triumps over beauty and learn to love their true selves. Sends a great message especially in a day and age where our world is obsessed with outward beauty.

Shrek is a delightful film for the whole family and definitely a keeper!
...
