Kingfish88 says "Keeps toilet bowl AND my hands clean!" about Scrubbing Bubbles Fresh Brush Flushable Toilet Cleaning System

I love the Scrubbing Bubbles toilet bowl cleaner kit! I despise regular toilet bowl brushes....they collect all sorts of scum and other disgusting things inside their containers, drip dirty water onto the floor when you pull them out to use, and flick toilet bowl water up at you when you try to do deep scrubbing up in the toilet bowl rim.

The Scrubbing Bubbles kit is wonderful! The refills are not too expensive, but they are only good for one or two uses and then there's not any cleaner left on the pad. You don't need to get your hands dirty because one click on the handle and the brush pads gives either down the toilet or into a garbage can, HANDS FREE.

I felt that the brush pads did a great job cleaning my toilets. It had been a couple of weeks since the toilet bowls were really scrubbed, and with 7 people in my household, the bowls were definitely showing their need for a cleaning! The handle on the toilet bowl cleaner is nice and long, the pads did a quick scrub-a-dub-dub and the toilet...
...

Kingfish88 says "Sucks up the dirt...but roughs up your hands" about Eureka 71B Bagless Handheld Vacuum

My church recently bought two of these nifty little vacuums and, as a member of the custodial crew and cleaner of the church chairs, I was thrilled to see new vacuums in the closet!

I hate vacuums that make hardly any noise and barely suck up the dirt (yes, Shark, I am talking about you!!!). Imagine how happy I was that these vacuums make a beautiful VROOOM sound and clean up dirt and dust with little effort!

However, I do not like the handle on the vacuum. I spend about 30-35 minutes vacuuming chairs. There is no type of padding on the hard, plastic handle and it rubs against your palms and fingers, leaving a burning sensation. If you're really unfortunate, you'll wind up with blisters. If you plan on using this for vacuuming stairs at home or cleaning up small messes, that really shouldn't be a problem. But if you are going to use this for extended periods of time, be warned!

Also, the cord on the back is a bit of a nuisance. Once it is wound up you have to somehow get the little plastic...
...

Kingfish88 says "Your personal trainer, motivator, and nutritionist...FOR FREE!!!" about Sparkpeople.com

I found SparkPeople.com several weeks ago through another site called MyPoints.com (which I would also encourage you to check out if you're into completing free offers and surveys for prizes!). I am so so glad that I took the time to look into it!

SparkPeople is 100% FREE. That's right. No hidden fees or catches. You have unlimited access to all the health and nutrition articles (and there are LOADS of them), exercise videos and workout plans/instructions, and the nutrition and fitness trackers.

So far, the people I have interacted with are very friendly and willing to give advice on getting started with SparkPeople. A lot of them have been on the SparkPeople fast break diet plan for a while and see fabulous results. Others share the progress they are making on the fitness end. It is very motivating to see pictures or read people's blogs and realize that all/most of them are normal people, all ages, who are working at making their lives better through a proper lifestyle.

Sparkpoints are...
...

Kingfish88 says "A must play for any Scrabble lover!" about Scrabulous

My boyfriend and I love Scrabble. LOVE love love it. We play at least once a week. However, during the school year it's hard to balance work and school and still find time to travel back and forth to play in person. He found Scrabulous through an application on Facebook and we started visiting the actual site. It's wonderful! There are always a good number of players online at any given time and there are several variations of the Classic Scrabble game. You can play with two different rules...Sowpods or TRL? I'm not sure what the difference is, I only play for fun and for the chance to beat my friends and family...

I definitely recommend this site to anyone who loves Scrabble or those who would like to improve their game with some friendly online play.

NOTE: you are able to "chat" with the other players via in room and lobby chats. You are able to choose not to chat with your opponents but you still see whatever is being said by people in the game room (lobby). It's not always wholesome or...
...

Kingfish88 says "No age limitations on this one; a winner in every group!" about Insomnaiac - PS3 - Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction

Ratchett and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction is pretty sick. In a fantastic way! The graphics make you feel like you are taking part in a Pixar movie, controlling the characters' decisions and movements. The storyline is very entertaining and interesting. I am 20 years old and I crack up laughing at some of the humorous background comments. This may look like a kids' game, but it is definitely great fun for all ages.

My only complaint is that I am terrible using the Six Axis controller feature, so when you are called upon to complete various stages using the feature, I struggle. A LOT. But it is definitely worth it for all the hours of entertaining fun. This is not one of those games were you sit down and beat it in a day and then wonder why you bothered to purchase it in the first place. I did not feel that it was TOO easy or too difficult. Like the little bear's porridge in the story of Goldilocks, this game is "Just right!"
...

Kingfish88 says "PS3's Call of Duty 4 works in any situation!" about PlayStation 3 - Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

My three brothers, my boyfriend, and all my other male friends are positively entranced by this game. Since they turn almost every get-together into a Call of Duty game fest, I decided that in order to see/talk to them, I'd have to get in on the fun. I am now as eager to break out the Call of Duty 4 game as they are!

The controls are pretty simple and straightforward. As with any game it takes a little adjustment if you don't play on the console often, but the controls are easy to remember and use. No ridiculous twisting of digits to hit four buttons at once while twirling around or something like that. Even the newest of gamers are able to pick up a controller and join in the fun.

I am more accustomed to playing in multiplayer and exploring the maps available in that selection, but I have watched others play the single-player storyline and it's very good. The story is interesting and keeps you pumped up and ready for more action. Multiplayer is just plain awesome...I could (and have!) spent...
...

Kingfish88 says "This product has worked wonders for my dry, irritated skin!" about Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream

I have psoriasis on my legs. It is important to keep my skin moisturized throughout the day. Unfortunately, a lot of moisturizers tend to have some type of perfume/scent which can irritate sensitive skin.

Cetaphil moisturizer cream has helped clear up the psoriasis spots. I've been trying to get rid of some of the scabs for years and finally, success! It is not some thin little cream. It moisturizes deep down and the feeling of soft skin lasts for hours, not minutes.

I recommend this product without hesitation! In fact, I need to go out and buy some more bottles as the 3 large ones I have are now empty.
...

Kingfish88 says "Perfect for athletes, commuters, and people typically on the go!" about Apple - iPod Shuffle Second Gen. (1 GB) MP3 Player

The second generation iPod shuffle is a great "tool" for people who are usually in a rush/very active. I run almost every day and my shuffle is perfectly suited for the treadmill or the concrete paths.

I love that it works with my already-established iTunes system, is very compact since weight and space are issues when running, and has only the bare necessities. I commute quite often and like the freedom of letting my machine do its thing...it's like the hands-free bluetooth headset of iPods!

I would recommend you invest in a protective case to hold the shuffle and earbuds as it can get pretty beat up lying around in a bookbag, purse, or desk drawer. Also, the earbuds cord is kind of short. I was able to invest in a new set of earbuds for $10 from accessorygeeks.com. They are made by Luxmo and are holding up better than the overpriced Apple earbuds.

Happy shuffling!
...
