Kelley says "Broke down 3 times in 4 yrs-cost as much to repair as to buy new" about Maytag Neptune Washer

We had the machine 2 years then it broke down. Can only use "Authorized" dealer- cost $400 to repair- the panel replaced broke again in less than a year- still had warrenty but cost $200 for them to replace- not covered by warranty. The gaskets molded. The door popped open and watered by basement. The next time it broke down it went to the curb and be bought another- so we spent $1000 to buy it, thinking it is a Maytag and we will never need another- no way- will never buy Maytag again....
