Jonathan97202 says "It Works" about Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions Purifying Gel Cleanser

I never had a problem with acne, until I hit about 25 years old. I have tried many many things that cost more money than they are worth.

I was spending 60$ a month on this program that did what it said it would do, but I found I was still getting those problem pimples that are under the skin. I was introduced to Burts Bees and let me tell you after 2 weeks, I had noticable, and visible changes to my skin. After 1 month, my acne was gone. I love this stuff, it is 99.4 % natural, ( makes you wonder what that other.6 is ) It leaves a glow to my skin that may only be noticable to me, but that's a good thing I suppose.

Thank you Burt's Bee's. I was a fan of your products before but you solved a problem that I have invested thousands for over the years. Thank you!

Bit of a note, I would highly encourage any new or returning users to this product, to invest in the entire system. This includes the spot treated. That stuff is awesome, usually gets rid of those problem under the...
...

Jonathan97202 says "Life, Learn, Love!" about J.K. Rowling - Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Our fourth year at Hogwart's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Oh Harry, such turmoil and triumph you experience for someone at such a young age.
Perhaps it's because I know what's coming.

Perhaps.....

Because I agree like you do ( Harry ) that believing in good shall always prevail over evil. Even if it means that you have to do the same evil you are fighting against in order to save those you love.

Book 4, it's a turning point in the writing of JK Rowling. The genius of JK is that people who have read her series will see that she starts our writing for children, and as these children that have been with her from the beginning will see, her writing changes to a much more broad audience.

Book 4 is full of what you would expect from the Potter series, it's full of triumph and tribulation. Love and hate...... and I use those words at their basic meaning in order to show the audience that the battle between that which is right, and that which is easy is always at...
...

Jonathan97202 says "The Darkness Begins" about Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

Our third year at Howgarts brings Harry new challenges. There is a new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, who has a unique relationship to Harry which over the course of the book he discovers.

Year three presents numerous challenges to Harry. This book has all the things you would expect from a Harry Potter book, but in my opinion this is the book that switched the series from childrens book, to all ages. JK Rowling brilliantly shifts her plot lines setting up the remainder of the series in this book.

The book begins with an escape from the wizard prison Azkaban. The ministry of magic believes that the escapee is after Harry, so every precaution is taken in order to protect Harry. Harry learns alot more about his family and the unique and special relationship his father and mother had in the fight agains opression ( Voldemort )

We are introduced to quite possibly the most repulsive magical creature I believe that JK Rowling created. They are called dementors, and...
...

Jonathan97202 says "My secret indulgement" about Trader Joe's - Dark chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies

Anyone who has shopped at Trader Joe's knows that there is always something new and tasty to come across. My favorite late night snack would be the Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies.

Now these cookies are a bit high on the calorie content about 120 calories per 2 cookies, but I say what's an extra half mile on the tread mill in the morning because I can eat an entire box in one sitting. They are probably the most yummy cookies that I have had in a long time.

There is a piece of chocolate in every bite and always a piece of Macadamia Nut in each cookie. They are great by themselves or with milk. I personally dump them in a bowl and leave them out for about 36 hours uncovered so that they get just a tad bit soft from sitting out. I find them to be a bit crispy when first opened.

The only complaint I have about these cookies is that I find I have to buy 2 or 3 boxes at a time in order to be satisfied with the amount. But for 1.99$ ( at least that's what...
...

Jonathan97202 says "Another Year Another Challenge" about J.K. Rowling - Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

Our second year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry finds us in a race to save students from an evil and unknown entity that is attacking students.

This book is quite interesting, it is very entertaining for all ages, however for those of us who are a bit older and wiser there are parallels drawn in regards to racism and doing the right thing when no one is looking. This book flows really well, it's a bit wordy at some parts but that's the genius of JK Rowling she spins a plot unlike any other author that I have read.

Year two at Hogwarts begins like any other year, there are new spells to learn, old friends to see. Mysterious things begin to happen when Mrs Norris ( the cat ) is found petrified. This brings us to a story about one of the founders of Hogwarts who could not only talk to snakes but he believed that magic should only be taught to those of "pure" wizard ancestry.

Terms such as "mudblood" which is a term that is shunned in the book by any character who believes...
...

Jonathan97202 says "The magic begins" about J. K. Rowling - Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone

I remember the very first day I picked up Harry Potter. Reading this book took me on a journey that I will never forget. Harry Potter made history, and we were able to witness it happen. JK Rowling is a master of spinning tales that are not only amusing, but have deep and rooting plot twists. Each character is so well developed that every time you re-read a book you learn something new. That is the mark of a great author.

Throughout the series you will notice that the books become a little more adult with each new installment. I think the reason they are like this is because JK is writing as her audience grows up.

Harry Potter is a boy who's parents were killed by an evil wizard by the name of Lord Voldemort. Harry is placed on his Uncle and Aunts doorstep, and unwillingly they take him in. There is nothing overtly special about Harry until one day he gets an invitation to join the worlds best school of witchcraft and wizardy, Hogwarts.

In Harry's first year he learns...
...

This iconic, series comes to an end! As sad as I was the morning that the book came out, as I filed into the store with the many others waiting to get their hot little hands on the book I couldn't help but feel a slight sadness that this was coming to an end.

I was fortuante enough to get caught up in this series in the beginning and was part of literary history following the story and watching JK Rowlings deep and complex plot lines unravel. She is a true artist.

Book 7 has us with Harry in pursuit of horcruxs which are an Item believed by Harry to be able to defeat the ever looming threat of Lord Voldemort. We follow Harry, Ron, and Hermione on their final and greatest adventure yet. Loyalties are tested, and lines are drawn leading up to the fantastic defense of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where the final show down between good and evil. Questions are answered, and pleanty of shocks come out.

Jonathan97202 says "Finally! Staying power!" about The Closer

I have been a fan of this show since the beginning. It is probably the only show on television that I make a point to watch every episode live while it airs. In the day and age of on demand and tivo it's not as common anymore for people to actually make a night out of a TV program.. But with the offerings that TNT has given for Monday night with "The Closer" and "Saving Grace" It's a can't miss evening.

At first glance this would be a run of the mill cop show. Yes it is, but it is hardly run of the mill. The story lines are interesting, carefully thought out and in some cases absolutly brilliantly written. I find myself trying to figure out who done it right along with main character Brenda Lee Johnson played by Sedgwick.

Brenda Lee is a recent transplant to LAPD major crimes unit. Where she is charged to solve some of the most outrageous crimes that LA County has to offer. Brenda is a closer, CIA trained closer. Her job is to get that confession. Which she does...
...

Jonathan97202 says "My first and love it" about Logitech QuickCam Messenger Personal Web Camera

I'm 28 years old and proud to admit that I am not the most PC savy person out there. As long as I have my email I am a happy camper. Here we are in the age of twitter and skype and I finally get my first web camera.

First I have to say that for being brand new to the whole web camera experience this is probably the most easy to use piece of equipment I have owned. The camera is easy to operate, the funtions are simple to use. The options to take pictures, video, and connect it to skype are quite simple once you figure out how to do it.

The pictures come out nice without much glare, there is some blurring a bit if you move suddenly but that's to be expected. The base that the camera comes with is functionable but not the best. I find myself fiddling with the camera everytime I turn it on just to keep it at an angle that I am happy with.

The size, price, and ease of use are what makes this a keeper. I would highly encourage the purchase of this camera if you are someone who...
...

Jonathan97202 says "Soon to be Cult Classic" about Glee

It's unfortunate that Fox decided to launch this show as a preview only. Giving us a taste trying to hook us through the long and sometimes dry TV schedule of the summer.

That being said I sincerly hope that this show will not fizzle and fade in the endless vaccum of summer.

Bottom line, this show has POTENTIAL!!!!

Either the simplicity of the vision of this show was on purpose which makes the writers genious, or it was by accident, which in my book still makes them genious! It's so rare for a show to have a instant connection with a broad audience.

The show takes place at a highschool where all the funding goes to the cheerleading team. So a teacher who's first love of teaching happens to also be a love a music has to use his own poket money to save the glee club from failing. The absolute brilliance of this show is the simplicity in it's writing. I think it attempts to build drama however it does it so off the cuff that it has the audience laughing. The comedy...
...

Jonathan97202 says "SURVEY 101 " about Survey 101

All right class.

I am going to show you what I have learned. Thank you to the encouragment of AnnaBananna.

I am sure that everyon knows of or has heard about online surveys that pay. Quick easy money they say... Sure, the audience says. Easy money? ABSOLUTLY!

I have been doing the survey thing for about 4 months now. I can honestly say that I have made a little over 300 since January, in either Amazon giftcards, Free Products that I tested, Paypal tranfers....

When starting the survey game the first thing you need obviously is a dummy email account. One that is used only for surveys.

Here's where I suggest you start.

I will use my referral link if that's alright by you :-)

RULES

1. Be honest. ( These surveys are smart so don't go through them too fast and at least scan the screen because sometimes they sneak in a " please select 'six' for quality control"

2. Give each question at least 1sec before selecting the answer.

3. Keep a email folder with all the confirmations...
...

Like many people out there in today's crazy world. I like to look for a few things. The first is a bargain, big fat DUH.... The second I was introduced to by a friend of mine. And I got HOOKED!!! I have been in the survey game for about 3 months now, I am pretty confident that I have the list of sites that pay and those that don't. If any of you are interested in knowing these sites please feel free to IM me I would be happy to provide you with the referral link so we both can earn. But I offer this site up to everyone here. This site has I have made 65$ since the beginning of the year. Granted that's not something you can live on but for just about 1 hour a week give or take you can earn points that turn into quick cash and the surveys are VERY interesting at the same time.

I find it interesting to take a survey about oh say moveis, and then a week later actually see the trailer that they paid you to crituqe. It's pretty cool.

I must say I am a fan of Kashi, but I was a little concerned that the flavor may be lacking since they branched out into frozen products. I was PLEASANTLY surprised that the flavor was not sacrificed. These have to be some of the best if not the best frozen waffels I have ever tasted. They crisp up nicely without getting to tough, they are excellent with or without syurp. And hey they are good for you to boot! Kashi is a industry leader in bringing healthy and tasty foods to a broader market. I credit them for a huge jump in healthy eating, even though it's the trend to be more green and healthy these days. Kashi is at the forefront of that movement for sure, at least at a consumer purchasing level
...

Jonathan97202 says "Started strong, but quickly fell." about Zoom Panel Surveys

I am a survey junky, and I have been with zoom for about 3 months, now they send me a lot of surveys however for the past 1 month or so I get the survey invites in the email but I can not log into my zoom panel account to check points balances etc. This problem has been going on with zoom for a while now and it's mentioned in a few other survey sites. I personally would not encourage anyone to sign up with them. However they do have fun surveys but fair is fair and a person should be compenstaed and it seems that zoom is on the down slide.
...

Jonathan97202 says "Not for me but loved by others" about Xanax Generic is Alprazolam

Ah xanax, the drug that is abused by those who would be looking for a quick high, but quite wonderful for those who suffer from anexity. Xanax has been around for a LONG LONG time. I personally don't like it for my anexity, it's not long acting enough. But I do know pleanty of people who take it and don't abuse it and they swear by it for their social anexity disorder as well as taken in conjunction with other things in order to treat mild to severe panic attacks. me personally the pill would make me hungry, give me dry mouth and put me to sleep. Of course I wasn't having any panic attacks while I was on it, but then again I wasn't concious either. I find that this medicine was great for me for "quick" reacting needs, it did nothing for my long term care with anexity so I switched over to something different. The side effects I experienced were, tired, drymouth, weight gain, increased appitite, lack of energy/focus. Just because this didn't work for me please don't let that...
...

Jonathan97202 says "So Worth It" about SanDisk Mp3 Player- Sansa Clip (1 GB, 250 Songs)

To start off, this thing is basic when it compares to other portable music players on the market. It doesn't have all the thrills and frills that some portables have. It doesn't have the video capability, it doesn't have touch screen. What it lacks in aesthtics, it completly makes up for in funtionality, ease of use, portablilty, as well as over all relaibility. The size first off always amazes me that something so tiny can hold so much. I would highly encourage research into one of the many sites that you can "rent" or buy music from. I use Rhapsody and find it complelty compatable with my player. I pay 14.95$ a month for Rhapsody, can find just about any song I want. Downloading is quite easy to the player. The neat thinga bout this player is that not only can you create multiple playlists, you can also rate the songs, adjust the music level, as well as read interesting facts about the artist as it plays. All in all I think this is a great player for a GREAT price. ...
...

Jonathan97202 says "Love it" about Bucky Buckwheat-hull pillows

I have something very similar to this, and I find that it is great on a warm afternoon. The filling breathes really, really well. It feels nice. It also provides support for the neck, I use it in conjunction is this thing that arches my back. It's a nice stretch after yoga. I personally would suggest and encourage a person getting the one that is shaped like a "U" It provides better support in my opinion as well as more comfort. Haveing just the basic straight one, can be a bit uncomfortable for those seeking the more stretching/muscle subflextion and relaxtion benefits.

All in all I would encourage more research on this product to see if it is right for you!
...

Jonathan97202 says "Works for some,But..." about Clonazepam Klonopin

I was no this stuff for about a year and noticed no real change in any of my sypmtoms. This drug has been contreversial here in Portland because there was an explosion of "drug seekers" So when I got perscribed it I expected it to be a mircale drug and I would no longer suffer from panic attacks.

Perhaps I hoped for to much, some sort of quick cure. I was on 2 mg twice a day. I was just as antzy as always, the panic attacks didn't get worse but there was no noticable change. I think that this might work for some, but probably should have an understanding of your panic before trying this out. When they took me off it I stopped cold turkey, they wanted to slowly take me off it, but I just quit. It is my understanding that this pill can cause dependency in the body and I ahve heard that withdrawls are usually likely, I experienced no such thing however I have heard stories from people who just stopped and one even had to be hospitalized.

As with all pills like this I encourage...
...

Jonathan97202 says "Kinda Discrimnatory" about eHarmony.com

HMMMM, you would think that in this day and age you would find when it comes to certain industries, like internet dating and personal community sites that you would be open to just about anything..

I am sure there could be a room for just about anyone's tatse.

However e-harmony gives nothing but a SORRY BOUT YA when they make you fill out your entire profile, which takes ages if you actually think about it and fill it out properly, you get your picture loaded and spend all that time in anticipation and hopefullness, almost giddy and have that old feeling of passion that you did when you were younger, even if for a second.

You click on next and check that box that says HOMOSEXUAL

And then with baited breath to get the confirmation that you have been posted.....

You get

*** My words not what site said ****

Oh thank you for giving us all your personal information, your deisres, and dislikes, your age and height, basically who you believe yourself to be, we will take this information...
...
