I have told them repeatedly i am not paying them $4000 to refinance more money for longer time to get the same payment. Her parents had signed a waiver on their insurance so it did not cover her. My husband and I were both severely injured and were rushed to the hospital. Our medical bills were astronomical. State farm stepped in and helped us get another car, and paid the maximum alllowed from our insurance. I will never change  insurance company.
