This epilator is the least painful of all major brands I tried (Braun, Panasonic). I can even do my bikini area with it with very little pain. However, the hairs seem to grow back faster and darker after its use than when I used Braun. I suspect it only breaks some hair, not pulls them out. Also, the construction seems to be lightweight and not as solid as Braun, plus it has less accessories for the same price. But the good thing about it that it has a dual voltage adapter, so I can take it with me abroad with no problems (I tried and it worked perfectly in Europe).

The round brush head on this model oscillates back and forth in a circular fashion. The compact size of the brush head means you can maneuver it into tight spaces, e.g., behind your last molar. I have been using an Oral-B plaque remover toothbrush for many years, much to the approval of my dentist. I find that this toothbrush, used for three minutes in the morning and two minutes at night, is superior for plaque removal compared to manual brushing or even a Sonicare (original model) which I used to own. This uses the same brush heads as more expensive Oral-B models and does the same thing. Unfortunately it is not good for families, though, as it provides no storage for multiple brush heads.

I recently bought this Magic Bullet blender and it works awesome. It is almost like you see in the TV commercial. I used it every morning because it is perfect to make breakfast smoothies (it chops up frozen fruits in just seconds and blends that with fresh yogurt into a delicious smoothie in well under a minute). It also grinds coffee beans in about 15 to 20 seconds. The Magic Bullet is also well suited to make delicious guacamole from chick peas. It is perfectly safe because you never come in contact with the razor sharp blades. The supplied colored rings come in very handy to drink your smoothie right out the cup. Just screw them on and you are ready to enjoy. One very convenient feature is that everything (except the base obviously) can go straight in the dishwasher too. There are several stores who sell it but I think LNT is the best option (if you use a 20% off coupon).

I bought this Norelco T980 Beard Trimmer last week. I got it for a good price. I use it to groom a friend’s beard and mustache. It trims very well. It has a special feature (turbo) to crank up the suction power. That is very neat. It also has a special hair chamber. I do have to admit that the chamber could have been slightly bigger because it gets full fairly quick. I have not tried this yet but you are supposed to be able to trim regular hair too. What is always very convenient with Norelco products is that you get a 60-day money back guarantee (in case you don’t like it which I really doubt will happen with this trimmer) and a full 24 months warranty. I would definitely recommend this beard trimmer to all guys.

I bought this Gyrotonic Transformer 1000 last month. I got it for only $200. That price is such a bargain!!! It works awesome. You can train almost every muscle group. You can start using one spring and whenever you feel comfortable you can add one or two more. You don't have to go to the gym anymore because you can train your body at home. The assembly was fairly simple. There are lots of screws/nuts/etc to assemble but the instructions are clear. Watch the instruction video (why isn't there a DVD yet?) first because at the end of it, it has assembly instructions. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!!!
