Joedrummer08 says "My experience has been less than thrilling . . ." about US Bank

I've been a US Bank customer for more than 6 years now. The reason I became a customer was because I was going away to college and needed a bank that was convenient both at home and at school. This convenience factor has also been the reason that I have stayed a customer - the only reason. I am now in the process of closing my bank account there and moving to another bank that actually cares about my business.

US Bank advertises that they offer "5-star" service and they really try to get to know you. I've seen very little of that in all my contact with them. Any time that I have had an issue with my bank account, they have been rude and unhelpful. All that they seem to care about is whether they get raises for bringing in the most fees. They aren't paid to help their customers, and it shows. US Bank, in all my encounters with it, has made it clear to me that they are all about taxing their customers as much as possible.

The one good thing I will say is that the bank......

The Samsung Instict is a wonderful phone - when it works correctly (which is most of the time). It has several handy features like GPS navigation, visual voicemail, email synching, html web browsing, and an easy to use interface. Sprint's (the only network this phone is available on) 3G network isn't quite what it should be, but works well in most areas.

Phone calls are pretty clear, and i've had no trouble with dropped or inconsistent calls. In-call menus are easy to use for the most part, although it takes a bit of getting used to. Texting works well for the most part, too. Typing wrong letters can be a problem if you try to type too fast. And although it doesn't have an auto-correct feature - it does highlight incorrectly spelled words for you.

Features like web browsing and the map feature of Sprint Navaigation can both be ultra-slow when going down the highway (sometimes I can't get a map to load at all). However, the turn-by-turn navigation feature always works and......
