Jewels99 says "This multi-purpose DOES do it all" about Fantastic OxyPower Cleaner

There seem to be many multi-purpose cleaners on the market now, probably an attempt to reduce the number of cleaning products you need to to make life easier. I have tried several, but his one is the best. I use it on glass, mirrors, countertops and appliances. It cleans all equally as well. It says it also cleans well on carpet stains, but I have tile and wood flooring, and cannot attest to that claim. The scent is clean and fresh and not as annoying as some that smell of chemicals. — ...

I have used Glade Air Freshener Sprays previously and tried the varied scents. But, this new one on your grocer's shelf smells so-o-o good, and lasts so-o-o long. It is Hawaiian Breeze. If you have been to Hawaii, it will bring back memories. If you have never visited the Islands, you will want to after using this spray in your home. Now available at most grocery and drug...

Jewels99 says "Give your hair some poof " about Biolage Defining Elixir

Biolage — The Defining Elixir is a texturing gel that gives soft hold for fine and medium hair. It is a botanical mix of passionflower, chamomile and rose-hips that holds your style without being to stiff or heavy. Putting a small amount in the hair before styling works wonders. And, I find that putting wet hands through the hair perks up the already applied gel. It is the only reliable texturizer I have found for my fine hair and the price is good. Buy it at drug stores, beauty supply stores and your beauty salon. —...

The travel pack consists of small sizes of such products as: Orange Essence Facial Cleanser, Peppermint Shower Soap, Carrot Nutritive Body Lotion, Avocado Hair Treatment, Sweet Almond Hand Lotion, Coconut Foot Crème, and more. These products are great in any size, but the travel is quite handy. The price is good for the many samples. The pack is sometimes more difficult to find although many stores carry the full-size products. —...

Jewels99 says "Helps retain your hair color" about Redken Color Extend Total Recharge Hair Care

This is advertised as the "inner hair fuel for color-treated hair". You spray on clean wet hair, and leave in. This product gives color treated-hair a shot of cuticle-reinforcing ceramides and vitamin E. It is touted as a conditioning system that protects, detangles and adds shine. But, my hair stylist recommended it for longer lasting color. And it seems to work for me! It is sometimes difficult to find if not carried in your local hair salon. But, the price is right for the length of time the quantity lasts (5 fl oz) —...

Jewels99 says "Vinegar Multi-Surface - Tile Floor Cleaning at its Best" about Windex

I buy Windex products and was curious about this new one - Vinegar Multi-Surface. As described, it can be used on a number of surfaces such as glass, counter tops, and stainless steel. But my eye-opener and commitment came when I tried using it on my tile floors as a quick clean up. In our traffic areas, there always seems to be dirt, paw prints, and food and drink splashes. With this product, most soil comes off very easily with little effort. Maybe I'm strange, but I also like the initial scent of vinegar. Guess it reminds me of my grandmother's cleaning routine many years ago. — ...

Jewels99 says "Fights Plant Disease with 3-in-1 Formula" about Schultz Garden Safe Fungicide 3-in-1

Like most homeowners, sometimes no matter how hard we try, bugs invade our gardens. I had been satisfied with "Sevin", but wanted to try something a little more environmentally friendly. I bought Garden Safe Fungicide primarily for black spot, rust and powder mildew. And, wah-lah, all gone after the 7-day recommended schedule! This product may also be used in a preventive manner rather than after disease is present. In addition, Fungicide 3-in-1 controls whiteflies, aphids and spider mites. None of those insects could be found on my plants either after using the product, so I am a believer! —...

My 80-year old mother was eating this cereal when I visited her. I thought that this was just another tasteless bran cereal for "old people". But, I tried it, and I am sold! It tastes really good, re-e-a-a-l-ly. Mom had the original flavor, and I have since tried the one with raisins. So not only do I like it, but it is low in cholesterol and sodium, and is supposed to help lower blood pressure as well. Bye-bye Cocoa Puffs, at least for now. —...
