      <description>Schwab is great. Everything you want - stocks, bonds, banking, billpay, customer service.....the list goes on and on. Plenty of stock research information available. Good phone support. Trading prices are a bit more than others, but you get what you pay for. $2 more a trade is worth it given everything they provide you... </description>

      <title>IssacStraight says "AVOID THEM!!!" about Fidelity Investments www.fidelity.com</title>

      <description>I was with Fidelity for over 10 years with several account - my IRA, joint account, wife's account, kids' accounts, etc. We have over a $million invested at Fidelity &amp;mdash;  &amp;mdash; I recently had an issue with them. Not a biggie dollar wise. Less than $200. I could find no one at Fidelity who could resolve the situation. Even the local branch manager said she could not find anyone.  &amp;mdash;  &amp;mdash; I placed calls, sent faxes, sent emails to the executive office (normally companies have staff members who quickly respond to issues raised at the executive level) and no response - zero, nada, not even a call. &amp;mdash;  &amp;mdash; So I began the process of moving all these accounts to Schwab. I like the web interface better, more resources available, and they are a public company. &amp;mdash;  &amp;mdash; If Fidelity does not care about a $million group of accounts, and they are too big to respond to a customer problem - then buyer beware folks. I would avoid them like the plague. &amp;mdash;  &amp;mdash;... </description>
