Trading prices are a bit more than others, but you get what you pay for. $2 more a trade is worth it given everything they provide you... Not a biggie dollar wise. Less than $200. I could find no one at Fidelity who could resolve the situation. Even the local branch manager said she could not find anyone. — — I placed calls, sent faxes, sent emails to the executive office (normally companies have staff members who quickly respond to issues raised at the executive level) and no response - zero, nada, not even a call. — — So I began the process of moving all these accounts to Schwab. I like the web interface better, more resources available, and they are a public company. — — If Fidelity does not care about a $million group of accounts, and they are too big to respond to a customer problem - then buyer beware folks.
