      <description>I have found the gushing reviews of Zappos all over the web.&amp;nbsp; It is just so funny how people who have average experiences don't spend much time online discussing those average experiences but a good experience or a bad experience generates enough buzz to cripple the competition.&amp;nbsp;  &amp;mdash;  &amp;mdash; I haven't had a bad shoe experience yet to send me flying to Zappos for this incredible customer service.&amp;nbsp; Just didn't happen.&amp;nbsp; I rarely if ever speak to anyone on the phone.&amp;nbsp; I shop online ALL the time.&amp;nbsp; Like 1K a month spent:-)&amp;nbsp; But I care about prices over whether I get it in 2 days from Amazon or 1 day from Zappos.&amp;nbsp; A pair of Reeboks is the same pair of Reeboks on all sites.&amp;nbsp; I feel like I am paying full freight at Zappos so that the 10% of people who have any issues at all can get a human on the phone. &amp;mdash;  &amp;mdash; I guess I just need to have one of these horrific experiences to understand the Zappos cult:-) &amp;mdash;... </description>
