However it forever on the fritz, leaks all the time, expensive to replace parts, parts never in stock. I spent over $700 for this machine and regret every penny of it. I am a mom of 4 with a husband who is a carpenter and 2 dogs. Needless to say there is never a shortage of dirt/hair etc tht needs to be picked up. This vacuum ha never failed me. It really never looses suction. It also has 2 quick release pieces that slide out if there is a clog, they are in the bend and base where most occur and you never have to pull the entire thing apart to unclog and clean. I am still in shock how much this vacuum sucks up. I have owned this for nearly 2 years and it is still great, I use to have replace one every year. I vacuum 2X a day and I guess I am hard on them :) I would recommend the dyson to anyone! Price is a little hard to swallow at first but worth the investment....
