HLS444 says "The best rates ever!!" about AAA-Auto Club

I just switched my car and renters insutrance to to AAA, I can't beleive how much I am saving. I am saving about $120 a year on my car insurance and $100 a year on my renters insurance! I wish I had known about them sooner. The only draw back is having to go to the office which is 30 minutes away in order to get set up. I am used to doing everything ver the phone and fax with other companies. Considering gas prices it was a little anoying. But the savings will be worth it....

HLS444 says "Love them, but I fould a lower rate" about Geico

I had Geico for years and loved them. I never had any problems with billing or anything. They made it so easy when I got my new car and when I got into a accident a few years agothe process was easy and went smoothly and quickly to get my car repaired. I highly reccomend them. Unfourtanetly my rate went up a little do to accident rates in my state with my car and so I got a quote with AAA and they were $60 less for a 6 month policy then Geico. Sorry Geico, I still love you. Compared to other companies Geico still has some of the best rates....

HLS444 says "Great prices and plans, terrible customer service" about Sprint Nextel

I love their plans and prices! Getting a new phone last year turned out to be the most frustrating event, customer service wether it be at a store or on the phone leave allot to be desired! Unless the customer service improves between now and when my contract are up I will probably switch if I can get the same features and price somewhere else. Their corporate office really needs to allow the local stores to be able to give the same deals as are on line or over the phone. That alone would greatly improve customer service problems. As of right now you have to call the 800 # for almost anything, which means being on hold for a hour and dealing with people who hardly speak English. The online billing option is great though....

HLS444 says "This show is getting old" about Two and a Half Men

I used to watch this show and enjoy it the first couple seasons but I couldn't even watch it for more then 5 minutes anymore. Same story line over and over, and I am so tired of watching a middle aged guy with a bunch of bimbo dumb girls! He's not the only one getting too old, so are the jokes! Same old thing every week!...

HLS444 says "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!" about The Bender Ball

I CAN'T EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR!! First off I ordered this product through their 800 number, after the autamated voice took my information, which took forever. Then it tried to sell me more or sign me up to all these "free" memberships. I wanted to hang up but I feared that by doing so I would be signed up for things I did not want. After 10 minutes of this I didn't want the product anymore, but at this point there was no way out. I had already given them too much information. Once the call finally ended I just hoped the product would be worth it. 3 weeks later I was charged $69.80 on my card from Bender ball!!!! I had ordered a product for $9.99 plus shipping and handling!! There is no way shipping cost $60!!!! I called the customer service department, I was told the product is actually $30, but that they did charge me twice. He said the only way they would refund me any money is if I send the product back once I recieved it. This was outragous, here they admitted overcharging me......
