My husband is actually the allergy sufferer in the family. He has gone to all kinds of Allergenist and no one can seem to track down what is going on with his sinus' and head. Therefore, since they cant seem to track it down i just keep trying diffferent products to help him feel alittle better in the meantime. The mucinex brand is one of those you know you can really trust! I have tried all of their pills and sprays... this nasal spray is good if you are on the go and want something to immedialtely clear up your nose and sinus cavity. The pills seem to work better for me, to clear up the chest cavity and breaks up mucus and flem from the chest. But yes.. i would highly recommend this mucinex nasal cavity spray to those who have a very difficult time breathing, and who have severe allergy or sinus problems; as it kicks in immediately and effective for a time frame of roughly 3 or 4 hours between sqirts. Plus alot of other nose sprays have a very strong menthol ingredient.. this does not.!!...

If you have never been to a waffle house , then you are definatly missing out. They have somewhat of an extensive menu (alot to choose from) as well as, the pricing is quite satsfying. One possible issue with some Waffle Houses, is the cleanliness issue. Because they are open 24 hours some tend to not get cleaned as often as they should. However, the one here in town (Fayetteville) is quite clean, the people are friendly, and the food has always been made to perfection. I would highly recommend not only this chain of restaurants but also this particular location to anyone who is hungry and enjoys breakfast at all hours (although you are not limited to just breakfast, that just happens to be my favorite). Alot of times it gets passed over for some of the more expensive restaurants, but it is very very good and cheap. You are also able to go in - enjoy a good meal - and get out before some of the other people even get their food at other places.

I must start out by saying that my hair is naturally curly, very thick and has been between middle of my back and my butt for years and years. Last year i decided to cut it off to my shoulders and immediatly ended up with quite a FRO, fly away mess. I then was turned on to the Chi professional straightener. Since trying it for the first time i am definatly hooked! Its amazing.. it smoothes my thick curly fly away hair into a smooth lays flat beautiful do!! I must warn other women interested in this product, that it does get extremely hot (just as the tools used in salons do) so you must be very careful to not burn yourself (as i have done way too many times) and also there is a technique to it. You must use swift quick runs. Because of the degree of heat, if you hold it on a strand of hair for too long you will notice after a period of time that you are frying your hair. Therefore, i also recommend the Chi Heat spray. You simply spray this on before you start, comb it through...
